| It has become the focus of current research to ensure the normal growth and development of crops through crop seed treatment,but there are still some problems in the application of active ingredients in the southern live cotton,such as easy loss,non-lasting efficacy and high seedling rate.Therefore,the film was prepared by emulsion polymerization of cassava starch-acrylamide-butyl acrylate,and its properties were evaluated,and the formulation of 4 kinds of seed treatment suspension was quickly optimized,and their quality indexes and bacteriostatic effects on pathogenic bacteria were tested.The process of pelleting granulation was determined.The effects of coating treatment,pellet treatment and pellet granulation treatment on cotton seed were evaluated by indoor potted plants and field community experiments.The main conclusions are as follows:Cassava starch-acrylamide-butyl acrylate was prepared by emulsion polymerization,and the film-forming agent for the preparation of ternary copolymer seed treatment suspension was good,the shedding rate was as low as 3.35%,the coating uniformity was as high as 96.64%,and that of coated cotton seeds was as high as 95.21%.Taking the water separation rate after storage and precipitation rate after centrifugation as the index,using orthogonal test design and Extreme difference analysis method,determined formulaof 25% Thiamethoxam·Carbendazim·pyraclostrobin,25% Carbofuran· Carbendazim·pyraclostrobin,25% Thiamethoxam·Carboxin Standard· publication and 25% Carbofuran· Carboxin Standard·Carbendazim 4 seed Treatment Suspension formula were determined,suspension rate are more than 96%,heat storage water absorption rate is less than 5%,centrifugal precipitation rate is not more than 10%,particle size D90 are below 1.4μm,in line with the requirements of seed treatment suspension quality indicators.The indoor virulence test on Fusarium oxymoron f.sp.Showed that the four seed treatment suspension had a good inhibitory effect on cotton wilt,and the EC50 values were less than the 10% carbonizing suspension of the control agent.25% Thiamethoxam·Carboxin Standard· pyraclostrobin were the most favorable for the growth of cotton seedlings when they 1:50 were treated with cotton seed than coating,compared with the blank control,the chlorophyll content increased by 72.57%,the content of free proline increased the 79.97%,sod activity increased by 26.48%,POD and CAT activity decreased slightly,but the effect was not significant.The crushing rate of seed pill was as low as 2.47%,and the single seed rate was as high as 99%,with 0.4% water solution of polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose 1:1 as the binder of pellet granulation.25% Thiamethoxam·Carboxin Standard· pyraclostrobin Seed treatment suspension agent coating treated cotton species and pellet matrix: the quality of coated seeds than 1:2 of pellet treatment on the germination and growth of cotton seeds is the most beneficial,field experiment found that compared with the blank control of the flowering cotton plant increased by 39.29%,The number of leaves increased by 126.77%,the number of flowering increased by 124.96%,the chlorophyll content of 4 leaves increased by 70%,the content of free proline increased,the content of 106.87%,SOD increased the content of 32.24%,POD and the content of 4.31%,CAT increased by 26.62%.By using the method of this study,the treatment of cotton seeds after coating and pelleting can ensure the effective period of active ingredients and improve the seedling rate,which can be popularized and applied as the seed treatment method of direct seeding cotton in the south. |
