| The seed pelletization coating technique is a method in which seeds are regularly treated and the ability of the pelletizer components to improve seed resistance,disease resistance,or growth promotion can be adjusted according to practical needs.In this study,we systematically investigated the formulations and processing procedures of various components of pelletizing agents,aiming at the prevention and suppression of pepper blight and damping-off death,and the promotion of growth and development at the seedling stage,in order to investigate the safety of pelletizing pepper seeds and the prevention of seedling diseases as a screening basis,and to optimize the drug to seed ratio of pelletizing agents.It provides theoretical reference and technical support for the research and application of this technology in pepper seeds and seed pelleting technology.The research results are as follows:1.Based on the toxicity test,the formulation of a compound agent that has a good inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of Rhizoctonia solani and Pythium aphanidermatum was selected,including Thifluzamide·Pyraclostrobin（18%Thifluzamide and 82%Pyraclostrobin）and pyrazol·pyrazol（50%Boscalid and 50%Pyraclostrobin）,with the EC50of Boscalid·Pyraclostrobin for Rhizoctonia solani being 0.046μg/m L,with an EC50 of0.191μg/m L for Pythium aphanidermatum;The EC50 of pyridyl·pyrazole against Rhizoctonia solani is 0.050μg/m L,with an EC50 of 0.317μg/m L for Pythium aphanidermatum;2.Through screening the components of the pelletizing agent,the formulation of the pelletizing agent for pepper seeds was obtained,specifically:30 g of filler per 1 g of seeds（a mixture of 95%attapulgite and 5%bentonite）,30 m L of adhesive（0.5%aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium）,1.31 g of p H regulator（ammonium dihydrogen phosphate）,and a bactericidal agent（0.01 g of thiafur pyrazole complex or 0.02 g of pyrazole complex）.The indicators of the pellets obtained by this formula are:the diameter of the pellets is 5.10±0.19 cm,the weight of 1000 pellets is 153.639 g,the dust shedding rate is0.0324±0.0121%,the water content of the pellets is 3.15±0.51%,the single seed rate is93.33±2.00%,the seed rate is 95.33±1.15%,the p H value is 6.80±0.01,the compressive strength is 40.37±4.81 N,and the disintegration time is 43.36±2.81 s;3.In the control effect test of indoor potted plants,when the coating drug ratio was 1:100,the incidence rate of acetamide·pyrazole pills and thiafuran·pyrazole pills were 8.33±1.92%and 8.33±1.67%,respectively;When the coating drug ratio was 1:50,the incidence rate was 5.00±1.67%and 1.67±1.67%,respectively,which was significantly lower than CK.This indicates that the pelletizer has the function of preventing and controlling the seedling blight and sudden fall of chili peppers.Through greenhouse planting,it was found that the plant height of chili peppers treated with pelletizing coating was significantly lower than that of naked seeds during the seedling stage,and the stem diameter during the fruiting stage was significantly higher than that of the blank control.However,there was no significant difference in the number of fruits per plant and yield per plant.In summary,the recommended ratio of field drugs is 1:50 for the pyridyl pyrazole pill formulation and 1:100for the thiafur pyrazole pill formulation. |
