The development of the market economy requires enterprises to pay attention to the development of long-term strategic and sustainable development of enterprises.In order to maintain the rights and interests of corporate shareholders and achieve the goal of maximizing the value of corporate shareholders,enterprises must constantly seek breakthroughs in the strategic development management model,continuously develop and innovate in the enterprise management system,and constantly pursue technological innovation in the competitive advantage of the product market.Constantly strive to explore and innovate how to establish a scientific management system,how to implement scientific management of enterprises,how to improve management efficiency and improve management results.As a scientific performance evaluation tool,the Balanced Scorecard can objectively reflect the performance level of the company by scientifically and comprehensively evaluating the performance of the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension and learning and growth dimension.Successfully achieving the established strategy will serve as a guarantee.Based on the actual situation of MY Company,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of MY's current performance evaluation system,and then analyzes MY's new performance evaluation system based on MY's development strategy and the characteristics of balanced scorecard.The necessity and feasibility.According to the industry and development stage of MY company,the dimension of safety and environmental protection is added to the dimension in the balanced scorecard,and the evaluation indicators of each dimension are carefully selected,and the weight of the indicators is assigned by the analytic hierarchy process.This research has established a new performance evaluation system for MY company,which has been unanimously recognized by the company's senior management.However,due to the theoretical limitations and inexperience of the author,there may be some shortcomings in the new performance evaluation system.During the implementation process,the company continued to improve according to the actual situation.It is hoped that through the exploration of MY company's balanced scorecard,it will provide some reference and reference for the improvement of performance evaluation system for other domestic pig breeding enterprises.
