In this study,Sutai pigs,Barkshire pigs and Kele pigs were used as test materials.In order to overcome the shortcomings of poor reproductive performance and low lean meat rate of pure-bred Kele pigs,different breeds of pure line parents were used to cross,and the performance of F1 pigs The excellent traits of the parents are used,and the heterosis is used to select hybrid offspring with good reproductive performance and high lean meat rate.A scientific and feasible Kle pig crossutilization scheme is explored,which lays a foundation for the selection and breeding of Kole pig hybrid supporting lines in the later period.The main findings are as follows:1.(Su×Ke)cross group is higher than(B×K)cross group and Ke Le pigs in litter size,newborn litter weight,20-day-old litter weight,weaning litter weight,weaning head number,breeding rate Breeding group,in which the number of weaned piglets is significantly higher than that of Kele pig pure breeding group(P?0.05);(Bar×Ke)hybrid group is higher than(Su×Ke)Hybrid group and Ke Le pig pure breeding group,but the difference was not significant(P> 0.05).2.The F1 generation of the 8-day-old weaned body weight(Bar × Ke)group was significantly higher than the F1 generation of(Su × Ke)group(P?0.05),and significantly higher than the F1 generation of Kele pig pure breeding group(P?0.01),(Su × Ke)group F1 generation is significantly higher than Ke Le pig pure breeding group F1 generation(P?0.05);Weaning 10-day-old average body weight(Bar × Ke)group F1 generation is significantly higher than(Su × Ke)group F1 Generation(P?0.01);the average individual weight gain of weaning 10-day-old Ke Le pig pure breeding group is significantly higher than that of(Su×Ke)group F1 generation(P?0.05);the total weight gain of weaning 10-day old Ke Le pig The pure breeding group is higher than the F1 generation of the(Ba×Ke)group and the F1 generation of the(Su×Ke)group;the F1 generation of the(B×K)group is higher than the F1 generation of the(Su×Ke)group.He Kele pig pure breeding group;the average body weight of the nursery period(Bar × Ke)group F1 generation is significantly higher than the(Su × Ke)group F1 generation(P?0.01);the average body weight at the end of the nursery period(Bar × Ke)The F1 generation of group was significantly higher than that of(Su×Ke)group F1 generation and Kele pig pure breeding group(P?0.05);(B×K)group F1 generation and(Su×Ke)group F1 generation increased in average during the nursery period The weight is significantly higher than the Ke Le pig pure breeding group(P?0.05);the total weight gain during the nursery period,the total feed consumption during the nursery period,and the feed weight of the F1 generation of the(Bar × Ke)group and the F1 generation of the(Su × Ke)group The ratio is higher than the Ke Le pig pure breeding group;the Ke Le pig pure breeding group has higher morbidity,number of deaths,morbidity,mortality,and mortality during the nursery period than the(B×K)group F1 and(Su × Ke)group F1 generation,the cure rate is the lowest.The daily weight gain of F1 generation(Su×Ke)group in the fattening period of middle pigs was significantly higher than that of Kele pig pure breeding group(P?0.05);Both are greater than the F1 generation of the(Bar × Ke)group and the F1 generation of the(Su × Ke)group,but the difference is not significant(P> 0.05);In the F1 generation of Ke)group and the F1 generation of(Su×Ke)group,the disease resistance of the hybrid group was higher than that of the pure breeding group of Kele pigs,and there was no record of death.3.The live weight of the F1 generation of the(Ba×Ke)group was significantly higher than that of the F1 generation of the(Su×Ke)group(P?0.05);the carcass weight of the Ke Le pig pure breeding group was significantly higher than that of the F1 generation of the(B×Ke)group(P?0.01),significantly higher than(Su×Ke)group F1 generation(P?0.05);(Su×Ke)group F1 generation slaughter rate was significantly higher than(Bar×Ke)group F1 generation(P?0.05);(Bar×The lean meat rate of F1 generation of Ke)group was significantly higher than that of F1 generation and Ke Le pig pure breeding group of(Su×Ke)group;the bone rate of F1 generation of(Ba×Ke)group was significantly higher than that of Ke Le pure breeding group(P?0.01);the skin thickness of the F1 generation of the(Ba×Ke)group was significantly higher than that of the F1 generation of the(Su×Ke)group(P?0.05);the fat weight of the Kele pig pure breeding group was significantly higher than that of the F1 generation of the(B×Ke)group(P?0.05);the hind leg fat weight pure breeding group was significantly higher than the(Bar× Ke)group F1 generation(P?0.05);the hind leg fat weight ratio(Su×Ke)group F1 generation and Ke Le pig pure breeding group were significant It is higher than the F1 generation(P×0.05)of the(Ba×Ke)group;the hind leg weight of the F1 generation of the(B×K)group is significantly higher than that of the F1 generation of the(Su×Ke)group(P?0.05),which is significantly higher than that of the The weight of hind leg meat in F1 generation of(Le×Ke)group of Le pig pure breeding group(P×0.01)was significantly higher than that of F1 generation of Ke Le pig(P?0.05);The proportion was significantly higher than that of(Su×Ke)group F1 pig pure breeding group was significantly higher than that of the(Su×Ke)group F1 generation(P?0.05);0.05),other meat quality performance indicators are not significantly different(P> 0.05).4.Select 10(Su×Ke)dual sows with excellent reproductive performance for growth and development.During 2-6 months of age,they exhibited excellent growth characteristics and can be promoted as dual sows.5.Analysis on the superiority of crossbreeding of Sutai pigs,Bakxia pigs and Kele pigs and the benefit of promotion.Each litter of(Su×Ke)group produced 1.25 more pigs than Kele pig pure breeding
