An Analysis Of The Mode Of Interest Connection Between The Main Body Of Dairy Farming And Dairy Enterprises In Togtoh County

In recent years,Togtoh County has implemented a series of measures for the revitalization of dairy industry,which has played a positive role in increasing the income of farmers and the development of villages and towns.However,comparing with other regions in China,the industrialization level of Togtoh dairy industry still lags behind.The slow development of dairy industry makes it difficult for enterprises and breeding subjects to coordinate.On the contrary,conflicts of interest are increasingly prominent.In order to ensure the healthy development of dairy industry,the key to realize the industrialization of dairy industry is to establish the interest connection mode between the main body of dairy farming and dairy industry.Based on the literature of dairy industry,combining with the data from the actual investigation,under the guidance of transaction cost theory,industrial organization theory,incomplete contract theory and other relevant theories,this paper uses case analysis and comparative analysis to study the three types of cow breeding subjects and enterprises'interests,including "enterprise+family ranch","enterprise+cooperative+dairy household" and "enterprise+personal investment Ranch" from three aspects of farm interests,interest negotiation content and breach of contract Benefit connection model.It is concluded that in the mode of interest connection between the main body of cow breeding and the enterprise.No matter for dairy farmer or the enterprise the interest connection mode of "individual investment pasture+enterprise" is the best.The common problem of the three modes is that the cooperation between the main body of cow breeding and the enterprise only occurs in the stage of raw material production,the mode of connection is loose,and the cooperation between the two sides is unequal Market position,cooperatives do not play their due role,and the mechanism of interest distribution is not perfect.According to the main body of dairy farming,enterprises and the government put forward corresponding suggestions.
