With the continuous development of agriculture and technology,the small seed coating grain processing more and more get people’s attention,using this technology can not affect the seeds on the basis of the biological activity of the nutrients needed for growth and development,and a variety of plant diseases and insect pests of hormone,and effectively reduce drug uniform package on the surface of seeds.For those small seeds with irregular shapes,they are processed into uniform and regular pellet seeds,which are conducive to mechanized sowing,through complex movements in the coating pot.The pelletized seeds save a lot of labor,reduce planting costs,and effectively reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases under the action of pesticides.Chinese quinoa large planting area,output ranked among the top of the world,but in the pill graining of quinoa seed coating treatment process often appear weak strength of coating,coating layer falls off easily,low rate of single seed,seed adhesion and coating grain quality were some series of questions,to this,this paper carried out the quinoa seed pill graining coating process parameter optimization and experimental research.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Designed and developed a kind of vibration force field under the action of quinoa seed pelletizing coating machine test device,through the vibration and rotation of composite motion for pelletizing coating,explore the best combination of parameters of pelletizing coating of small seeds,improve the qualified rate of pelletizing seeds.2.On the basis of the existing coating technology,through rigorous theoretical analysis,it is concluded that adding vibration coating machine,the feasibility of the developed combined vibration and two rotating movement of quinoa seed pill graining coating experimental device,through the device under the action of the vibration force field pill graining quinoa seed coating experiment research,through the test to find out the small seed pill graining coating as the best combination of various parameters,improve the qualified rate of the seed pill graining.3.Conducted coating grain quinoa seed orthogonal experiment research,analysis of affect intensity qualified rate,rate of single seed pill,pill rate of main parameters,and the parameter optimization,to find the most beneficial to quinoa seed coating pill coating pan Angle,rotational speed,the vibration frequency,amplitude,the optimum factors such as the direction of vibration.Through the analysis of the test results,it was found that for the intensity of qualified rate,when the speed of 48r/mi,tilt Angle of 44°,vibration frequency of 20HZ,amplitude of 0.5mm,vertical vibration,quinoa seed pellet coating effect is the best;For the single seed rate,when the speed of 48r/min,tilt Angle of 44°,vibration frequency of 20HZ,amplitude of 1.5mm,vertical vibration,quinoa seeds pellet coating effect is the best;For pelletizing rate,when the speed of 48r/min,tilt Angle of 44°,vibration frequency of 25HZ,amplitude of 1.5mm,horizontal vibration,quinoa seeds pelletizing effect is the best.
