The no-tillage planting technology in clean areas is currently a widely used protective tillage technology in China.Because of its outstanding effects in soil protection and prevention of soil erosion,etc.,it is deeply loved by the majority of farmers,and China is also vigorously promoting this technology.However,because no-till technology needs to be in a complicated arable land environment,and the surface is covered with a lot of straw,the current no-till machinery still has insufficient types,which cannot simultaneously meet the planting operations of multiple crops and the quality of the work is uneven.Therefore,the design and development of a multi-functional cleaning area no-tillage planter is an important way to realize the mechanization of no-till technology.In this paper,through the understanding of domestic and foreign research status,field investigation and inspection,theoretically analyze the key component parameters of clean area no-tillage planter,design the clean area no-tillage planter,and simulate each component through ANSYS and EDEM simulation software Analysis,and finally research the no-tillage seeder by combining with actual experiments.The main completed research work and results are as follows:(1)Introduced the research background and research purpose of conservation tillage and no-tillage planting technology in clean areas.After consulting relevant literatures,the research status of no-tillage planting technology at home and abroad was understood and the research direction of this article was determined.(2)Through field investigation and investigation,it is found that the main characteristics of soil in Luling area of Suzhou are poor soil moisture conservation,high soil firmness and hardening in dry environment,strong viscosity in wet condition,and easy to bond with straw and no till machines,resulting in congestion.(3)Establish a complete model of the no-tillage planter in the clean area,and gradually refine the key components.Design and verify the blade contour of the shoe opener by establishing the edge curve equation design,and design a suitable blade contour curve by establishing a double-cut circle-linear curve model and the agronomic standards when sowing soybean.Establish the straw-coupling leg relationship model,analyze the force,torque and motion of the straw under the coupling leg,and find that the anti-blocking performance of the coupling leg round roller is mainly caused by the position and angle of the straw,and the friction betweenthe round roller and the straw Coefficient,movement speed of the machine tool are affected by three main factors,and these three factors are analyzed to design a reasonable mechanical structure of the coupling leg(4)ANSYS simulation analysis of the main load components of the frame and the opener,and the natural frequency modal analysis of the frame.Using the JKR contact model,the particle beds of EDEM clay and dry soil and straw particles were established respectively,and the mechanical analysis of the anti-blocking performance of different types of round rollers was carried out.(5)Prototype production and test,combined with the actual test results,it is obtained that the tool works well at a forward speed of 4m / s.The faster the speed,the worse the working stability of the tool.The difference between different round roller types at low speed is not obvious./ s Different types of round rollers are quite different for different types of environments.
