Ribes L.belongs to the Grossulariaceae and has important edible value, medicinal value, and ornamental value for garden greening.Due to the large variation in the morphology of the genus, there are two types of unisexual flowers and bisexual flowers, which makes the classification difficult. The systematic location and kinship of each subgenus have not been clarified, the phylogenetic relationship within the genus has not been resolved. In this study, based on RAD-seq sequencing technology, the genomic DNA of 52 materials from 31 species of the Ribes in China collected from the wild was extracted for RAD-seq high-throughput sequencing, and phylogenetic analysis was performed after SNP site detection and annotation. At the same time, using morphological quantitative classification method, observed 20 kinds of morphological characteristics of 33 species of Ribes, using SPSS 22.0 software for cluster analysis and principal components. This study mainly draws the following conclusions:1.The phylogenetic analysis based on RAD-seq technology divides 52 materials into 6 branches, namely 6 subgenus, which is not completely consistent with the classification system of the genus in Chinese Flora, supports the independence of subg.Coreosma from subg.Ribesia;supports the independence of subg.Parilla from subg.Berisia;verified subg.Grossularia as an independent subgenus is reasonable;Ribes griffithii Hook.f.et Thoms.,which originally belonged to the subg.Ribesia,as an independent subgenus, needs to expand the sampling range for further research.2.Analysis of morphological data clustered 33 species of Ribes into 8 branches, confirming clustering results of the molecular evolutionary tree about subg.Grossularia,subg.Berisia,subg.Parilla,subg.Coreosma,subg.Ribesia,the subgroup of sect.Davidia was upgraded to subg.Davidia;support for the division of Ribes odoratum Wendland into the subg.Symphocalyx;support for the division of Ribes horridum Ruprecht ex Maximowicz into the subg.Grossularioides.Combining the results of R-type cluster analysis and principal component analysis,20 representative morphological traits were selected.3.Based on RAD-seq phylogenetic analysis, combined with morphological trait clustering analysis. We support the division of the Ribes in China into 7 subgenus. That is subg.Ribesia,subg.Berisia,subg.Coreosma,subg.Parilla,subg.Grossularia,subg.Grossularioides and subg.Davidia.4.Based on molecular systematic evidence and combined with morphological and geographic evidence,it is proposed to classify the new group(1819ZB)collected in the Altay region of Xinjiang as the subspecies taxonomic unit of Ribes altissimum Turczaninow ex Pojarkova; It is planned to upgrade Ribes laurifolium Jancz var.yunnanense L.T.Lu from the variety of Ribes laurifolium Jancz.to the level of species.
