| Forest ecosystem service refers to the natural conditions and utility provided by forest ecosystem and its ecological process for human beings.It not only provides material production and living materials such as wood and forest by-products for human beings,but also is the most important carbon,water,energy,gene and nutrition bank on land.It plays an important role in coping with global warming,preventing soil erosion and maintaining species diversity.Ecosystem service function is directly related to human well-being.Scientific,quantitative,objective and reasonable analysis and evaluation of ecosystem service function is conducive to the sustainable development and utilization of natural ecosystem,so as to realize the sustainable management of ecosystem and serve the macro decision-making.Therefore,based on the data of forest resources and its ecological function value over the years in Zhejiang Province,this paper studied and discussed its dynamic change characteristics,calculates the forest ecological function service value of each prefecture level city by using the modified equivalent factor method,analyzes its influencing factors by using the panel data model,and selects the forest recreation function in the forest ecological function for in-depth analysis.The process and conclusion are as follows:(1)Based on the review and analysis of forest resources data over the years in Zhejiang Province,the forest resources and ecological conditions in Zhejiang Province show a good trend of continuous growth in total amount,steady improvement in quality,continuous improvement in structure and significant enhancement in function.But there are also problems,such as: the per capita forest area is relatively low,only 1 / 8 of the world average level;with the development of social economy,the decline of forestry production efficiency,the decline of enthusiasm of forest farmers.(2)Based on the analysis of the ecological function value data and the research of the calculation method,the total value of forest ecosystem services in Zhejiang Province shows the trend of accelerating growth,especially after 2015,the growth of forest ecological value has accelerated significantly,with an annual growth rate of more than 8%.Among them,the value of soil fixation and fertilizer conservation is not significantly affected by the price of fertilizer agricultural materials;however,with the development of social economy,the demand of residents for forest recreational function is increasing,and the value of forest tourism is rising fastest,accounting for 32.5% of the highest,which is the main factor affecting the total growth of forest ecosystem service value.(3)Using the modified equivalent factor method,the total value of forest ecological services in different cities of Zhejiang Province is calculated.The results show that Lishui City ranks first with154.1 billion yuan,and Jiaxing City ranks last with only 2.4 billion yuan.At the same time,thanks to the implementation of the concept of "green green mountain is golden mountain and silver mountain" and the improvement of social and economic level,the value of forest ecosystem services in all cities in Zhejiang Province has shown a steady rise.(4)Regression analysis based on panel data model shows that population density,per capitaincome,urbanization rate and forest area have significant positive effects on forest ecological service value and forest tourism value.Among them,the increase of per capita income has the greatest impact on the value of forest tourism.For every 1% increase in per capita income,the value of forest tourism will increase by 2.5%.GDP growth rate and investment in energy conservation and environmental protection have a negative impact on the value of forest tourism,among which investment in energy conservation and environmental protection may have a negative causal impact on the development of local forest ecology;the proportion of the second industry has a negative impact on the value of forest ecological services and forest tourism,indicating that the coordinated development of economy and environment deserves our attention.(5)According to the research conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)strengthen the protection of natural resources and maintain the stability of ecological system;(2)adjust the industrial structure and pay attention to the harmonious development of economy and ecology;(3)accelerate the layout of forest tourism industry and fully develop the forest tourism resources... |
