Sweet potato is not only a food crop,but also a feed and industrial raw material crop.Its production plays an important role in our national economy.It is one of the four major food crops in China,and our country is one of the largest sweet potato production countries in the world.After harvest,in order to stagger the time to market in order to sell at a good price,or to prepare for the next year's seedling,they will choose to store sweet potatoes.When sweet potatoes are put into storage,the wounds are caused by bumps and bacteria are brought from the soil at the same time,which is prone to rot.In this paper,the pre-treatment system of sweet potato can effectively reduce the pathogens in sweet potato and its storage,reduce the decay rate and prolong the storage period of sweet potato.After consulting relevant documents and field investigation,the feasibility and demand analysis of the system are analyzed,and the research work is planned.The pre-treatment system monitors and controls the ozone concentration in the sweet potato storehouse and the fresh air circulation pipeline combined with the automatic control algorithm,so that the environmental factors in the sweet potato storehouse are in a relatively balanced and stable state,so as to achieve the function of pre-treatment,realize the regular manual or automatic sterilization and disinfection of the sweet potato storehouse and the sweet potato in the storehouse,reduce the rotten rate of the sweet potato storage,and improve the economic benefits.Based on the platform of laboratory pretreatment,this system analyzes and integrates relevant theories,and upgrades 25 sweet potato warehouses in 52 sweet potato warehouses in Shixia village,Miyun District.According to the experimental data and problems found in the laboratory,there is a screening modification system to avoid similar problems after the reconstruction and upgrading of Shixia village,Miyun District sweet potato storage,so as to reduce the rotten rate of sweet potato and further improve the economic benefits.According to statistics,in the past years,the rotten rate of sweet potato in Shixia village,Miyun District sweet potato storage was about 60%after five months storage,and it was reduced to 20%after the installation of intelligent sweet potato storage system last year.After using the pretreatment system,the rotten rate of laboratory sweet potato was less than 2%and the water loss rate was within the normal range,Shixia village,Miyun District sweet potato decay rate is less than 10%,and can meet the normal sales and use.After using the pretreatment system,the storage effect is obviously improved and the economic benefit is increased.
