China’s sweet potato planting area according to the world first.Sweet potato vine is rich in nutrients and is a good feed for pigs,sheep and other livestock.China’s sweet potato vines processing machinery started late,mainly using the killing machine to crush vines and return to the field instead of recycling for feeding,which not only caused a waste of feed and easy to spread pests and diseases;At present,there is no mature sweet potato vine recovery machine for mechanized harvesting,only manual harvesting.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an efficient sweet potato seedling recovery machine for realizing the mechanized operation of seedling.This paper focuses on the research of sweet potato vine crushing recovery device and its control system,to ensure that the cutting and crushing process is stable,meet the requirements of vine crushing recovery.(1)Mechanical characteristics test of sweet potato vine.Using universal testing machine for stretching,bending,shear test of sweet potato vine,the relationship between water content and shear force,shear strength,tensile strength,bending strength,etc.,for the vine crushing recovery device design to provide data basis.(2)Design of sweet potato vine crushing recovery device.An elliptical crushing chamber and a symmetrical feeding roller with grooves were designed to calculate the minimum speed of crushing sweet potato vines at 1370r/min under the feeding conditions of different vines,and the minimum speed of 942.25-1054.71 r /min with a rotary crushing knife after shredding vines and throwing them to the recovery device.(3)Design of electro-hydraulic proportional speed regulation system for crusher recovery plant of vine.Select 25YCY14-1B axial plunger pump,BMR50 hydraulic motor,2FRE type electro-hydraulic proportional speed control valve,JWL electro-hydraulic proportional control valve amplifier and a variety of auxiliary components,JN-DN dynamic torque sensor measuring crush recovery unit rotational speed and torque,using STM32F407ZET6 as control core,designed a kind of hydrauliccontrol signal system,implementation of sweet potato seedling recovery unit of speed control.(4)Modeling and simulation of electro-hydraulic proportional speed regulation system of crushing and recovery device.ADRC control strategy was designed,and a valve-controlled hydraulic motor system model was built based on Simulink software.Three kinds of simulated loads were used to simulate the model.The rising time Tr of the rotational speed response of the sweet potato seedling crushing recovery device controlled by ADRC was1.28 s,and the overshoot Mp was 1.53%.Enhance the anti-interference ability of the changing load in the process of crushing the vine and improve the stability of the process of crushing and recycling the vine.(5)In order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the simulation,the test bed test of the vine crushing recovery device was carried out.Under the control of ADRC,the average grinding speed is 1801.3r/min,the average torque is 5.49N·m,and the steady-state error is0.07%.Compared with the speed without control,the performance is stable.The test conclusion is the same with the model simulation conclusion,the qualified rate of ADRC device is 89.41%,and the recovery rate of seedling crushing is 92.60%.
