| Donkey farming industry is a new breeding industry.Mechanized developed at present,the use of donkey service has been transformed into economic use,its meat,milk,aplastic and other products have been favored by many consumers,thus promoting the development of donkey farming industry.Because of the reproductive characteristics of donkeys,single-birth,long pregnancy,in such a large demand market can not meet the supply is a very difficult problem.Therefore,in order to improve the reproduction rate of donkeys,in the season,according to the biological characteristics of the exogenous hormone GnRH.different doses of the topical hormone GnRH were injected with different diameters of follicles,the changes in the concentration levels of ovulation and estradiol and progesterone were observed.In this experiment,60 female donkeys with the same conditions were selected,and divided into 4 experimental groups and 2 control groups according to GnRH dose and follicle diameter.Experimental Group A,B Group GnRH injection amount of 50ug,follicles diameter of 30mm,35mm respectively,experimental C,D group GnRH injection amount of the same 100ug.follicle diameter of 30mm,35mm,compared with E.F group follicles diameter 30mm and 35mm,in natural cases,egg drain.During the trial,B-supermeters were used to record changes in the diameter of follicles,5 ml of blood samples were taken in the neck veins,and changes in estradiol(E2).progesterone(PROG)concentrations and birth rates were detected in each group.The results of this trial are as follows:1.Compared with the control group,the experimental group found that within 24h and 48h,100ug of GnRH drugs had the best effect on follicles induced ovulation with a diameter of 35mm,In group D,the ovulation rate was 30%(3/10),80%(8/10)within 48h,10%,20%and 20%in Group A,B and C,and 50%,60%and 60%in 48h.The difference in ovulation rate between the three groups of A,B and C was not significant(P>0.05).In the E and F groups of the control group,the ovulation rate in 24h was 10%,and the ovulation rate in 48h was 30%and 40%.respectively.There was no significant difference in ovulation rate in the control group compared to the experimental group(P>0.05)and was significant in ovulation rate in 48h(P<0.05),2.The exogenous drug GnRH has a certain effect on the induction of ovulation on the mother and donkey.Most of the female donkeys under GnRH's role were ovulated within 48 hours.The results showed that the most effective induced ovulation scheme was to inject 100ug GnRH when the follicles were 35mm in diameter.The trial also found that the diameter of the follicles ovulating under the action of the drug was smaller than the diameter of natural ovulation.Under the condition of 30mm follicles,the size of the follicles was about 11mm different from the size of the follicles when the group was ovulated with the control group,and under the condition of 35mm diameter,the diameter of the experimental group and the control group was 4mm different in diameter,was significant(P<0.05).3.The blood iradiol(E2)concentration test found that the concentration of E2 in the blood increased after injection GnRH,with the largest increase in concentration in GnRH100ug,followed by the injection 50ug GnRH group,and the higher the concentration of estradiol,the higher the concentration of GnRH,the difference between the control group,was significant(P<0.05).4.The blood progesterone(PROG)concentration test found that the concentration of PROG in the blood after injection GnRH was on the rise,the concentration of the injection GnRH group was higher than that of the control group,and the concentration of progesterone with a large dose of GnRH injection increased more,there was significant difference between the concentration of the control group(P<0.05).5.The final birth rate results were:A,B,C and D test groups were 50%,60%,60%and 70%,respectively,and the control group E,F were 50%and 50%,respectively.The results showed that group D had the highest conception rate,which showed that GnRH not only induced ovulation,but also increased conception rate. |
