As a large agricultural country,there are many kinds of crops in our country,and Heilongjiang Province,as one of the important agricultural provinces in our country,in 2016,the output of corn straw reached 42.8454 million tons,accounting for 58.12% of the total output of the country.Therefore,how to effectively develop and utilize the rich straw resources has far-reaching significance for promoting the sustainable development of economy.In this thesis,a crushing pyrolysis shaping device for corn straw and corncob was designed for corn field by-products research.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the physical and chemical properties,mechanical properties and microstructure of corn cob and corn stalk,the working mode of the crushing and molding device for raw materials is determined.The crushing system uses a hammer-type crushing device and the molding system uses a spiral extrusion molding device.Through experimental research on the pyrolysis characteristics of corn cob,the change law of carbon yield and energy yield with pyrolysis time and pyrolysis temperature was explored,and the optimal pyrolysis process parameters were finally determined: pyrolysis time 30 min,thermal the decomposition temperature is 350 ° C.(2)Completed the crushing-pyrolysis-forming complete set of equipment for corn cob and corn stalks,parameterized design of each component structure of the complete set through Solidworks,CAXA,and three-dimensional simulation assembly and interference inspection to improve the entire set Reliability.(3)The finite element analysis model of rotor assembly and forming die is established by using the ANSYS Workbench.In order to verify the stability and reliability of the key components in the whole working process of the device,the modal analysis and transient analysis of the rotor components are carried out,and the static analysis of the forming die is carried out.
