The city of Alar located in the arid area of South Xinjiang with the rare rainfall and longer sunshine time. The wicked environment formed the saline soils which seriously hinders the development of the localeconomy and decreases farmers’ income. To achieve a new-style effective soil conditioner, single-factorand multi-factors orthogonal test was conducted and directional reagents were used to cultivate the salinesoils which determined the optimum concentration, the optimum factorial composition, activeingredients and the best improvement programs for different types of soil for repair the saline alkali soils.Charcoal (CF, factor B)and wood vinegar(WV, factor A)—the pyrolysis products of cotton stalk, cowdung and acetic acid were chosen as factors and configured the modified factors, cultivated inmicro-zone for4weeks. Samples were collected at seven different permanent times to determine thesoluble, pH, SAR, ESP and organic matter. The experiment indicated that, single-factor wood vinegartreatment show the best effect at the1000-12000times density,5-15g charcoal. According to the dates, mathematical model was established. Discussion on WV and CF interactive for saline-alkali soil to itscharacteristics effects, by variance analysis comprehensive four time orthogonal test Sampling analysis,WV and CF to b1no effect; to b2,WV very an explicit, CF and WV*CF not an explicit, Order of theprimary and secondary factors is B, A, and A*B, to C1,WV and CF and interactive role are not anexplicit, primary and secondary order for B, A, and A*B; to C2,WV an explicit, and CF have an highexplicit, primary and secondary factors for B, A, and A*B; to D1,WV an high explicit, and CF anexplicit, primary and secondary factors for, and B, and A*B; For D2processing, CF have an highexplicit, primary and secondary factors for B, A*B, and A. Research of wood vinegar with saline alkalisoil active ingredient, the main component of cotton stalk vinegar acetic acid is used as a directionalreagent, the same process, the results show that the effect of acetic acid on soil pH significantly, but nosignificant effect on other indexes and wood vinegar works is not completely consistent, the saline alkalisoil the wood vinegar major components of a certain role, but the mechanism should be thecomprehensive effects of various components of the effect.
