Sedum lineare Thunb.is a kind of roof greening material,and its ability to resist water stress has been concerned.Because Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF)and Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria(PGPR)are ecologically friendly and effective,they have gradually become a research hotspot.This study focused on the effects of AMF and PGPR fertilization measures on the growth and related physiology of Sedum lineare Thunb.under water stress.The results show that:Water stress can reduce the yield of Sedum lineare Thunb by 16.46%,reduce the root activity,Ca,K and N decreased significantly.After 28 days of natural water loss stress,the damage of root epidermis and stomatal conductance of leaves decreased significantly,but it would not cause death,and the activity of Sedum lineare Thunb.could be partially restored after restore watering.The application of AMF and PGPR fertilizer can increase the yield of Sedum lineare Thunb.,and the above physiological indexes are obviously improved.The application of AMF fertilizer can increase the above ground yield by 35.27%and the underground yield by 67.74%.After applying PGPR fertilizer,the yield was not significant,but it could significantly increase the underground yield 12.9%.AMF can improve the ability of drought resistance by increasing the yield,the ratio of root to shoot and the quantity of fibrous roots.PGPR can promote the absorption of balance nutrients and improve the anti stress effect by improving the soil.AMF application can be used as a water-saving cultivation measure of the Sedum lineare Thunb.
