In recent years,people have become more and more aware of the protection of health.camellia oleifera is a kind of high quality healthy cooking oil.Since consumption upgrade makes the demand of camellia oleifera continues to rise which traditiongal way(manual picking)can not fit The mechanization of camellia oleifera picking is an inevitable trend.Nowadays manual picking is the basic method of camellia oleifera picking(Or rely on some simple auxiliary equipment).In recent years,the labor cost has been increasing year by year,and efficiency is low.The problem of picking for camellia oleifera fruit.A vibration type oil tea picking device was developed.Can effectivelypickingcamellia oleifera fruit.and avoid damaging flowers and branches.The work in this article is in order to develop a machine that can carry on the fruit picking work.First of all,the research status at home and abroad is studied.Secondly,the planting patterns and biological characteristics of the fruit were studied.The planting pattern of planting density of 2.5m x 3m was determined.It provides theoretical basis for the research of picking machine the biological characteristics of oil tea fruit diameter,quality and fruit handle were studiedSecondly,the design scheme of the picking method is determined by the biological characteristics of the oil tea fruit.Through the Pro/E software,3d modeling is carried out for the whole machine of the oil tea picking device,and the parameterized design of the key parts is carried out.Certificate the whole machine schedule is 4×m2m×2m,Stroke length,0.8m.The length of Eccentric connecting rod of vibration device--20cmto40cm.And series of important characters.It is determined that the picking device has no interference during the movement.In this paper,used to analyze the strength of eccentricity connecting rod and the mode of eccentric link.And,the rationality of the mechanism design of the vibration device and the vibration device of eccentric wheel are not resonant.Finally,combining theoretical research and mechanical structure analysis.Create prototype,The vibration frequency and vibration amplitude of the vibrating rod are determined.Base on this important factors Select the appropriate test site for multiple tests and use the high-speed camera to take pictures of the prototype in the working process.Then the data of mining rate and rate of breakage were processed.Through the analysis of experimental data.The motor power is determined on 2.2kw.Eccentric link connecting rod is determined on 32cm,The oil tea picking plant has the best harvest.
