Research On Adjustment Of Maize Planting Structure Supported By Rural Finance In TumoteYouqi Prefecture

This paper studies the status of corn planting structure adjustment in TumoteYouqi,explores the impact of rural financial factors on the adjustment of corn planting structure,combines quantitative analysis with survey data,and explores the impact of various financial services on corn planting structure adjustment.Regressively analyze how financial factors affect the adjustment of corn planting structure,and draw the conclusion that rural financial support is an important means of adjusting the structure of corn planting,and further propose that rural financial support for the adjustment of corn planting structure.This article also provides reference and reference for the rural financial support to optimize the maize planting structure adjustment plan in Inner Mongolia and other provinces.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1)The corn planting organization of Tumote Youqi is significantly optimized.The total sown area of crops in Quanqi is 1.68 million mu.Four large-scale planting bases of 10,000 acres of high-quality crops of sorghum,rice,pepper,and Chinese medicinal materials have been built,and 10 thousand acres of characteristic crop demonstration bases such as triticale and ground pear have been developed.Reached 350,000 mu,and completed the planting area of high-quality forage grass 100,000 mu,which promoted the optimization and upgrading of the corn planting structure of the whole flag.(2)The rural finance of Tumote Youqi has insufficient support for corn planting structure adjustment.The main problems are:first,the rural financial service system is imperfect;second,the rural financial capital outflow is serious;third,the contradiction between the diversification of capital demand,stratification and insufficient financial service supply is outstanding;fourth,the lack of agricultural insurance is not conducive to controlling high agricultural production.Risks;Fifth,the approval procedures of some financial institutions are complex and cannot meet the needs of agricultural production in a timely manner;Sixth,the penetration rate of financial knowledge is low,and farmers financial awareness is generally weak.(3)Tumote Youqi supports countermeasures for corn planting structure adjustment.One is to further accelerate the diversified development of rural financial services;the second is to further encourage and guide the innovation of the rural financial system;the third is to further establish and standardize financial support for the optimization mechanism of the agricultural industry structure;the fourth is to further increase support for rural finance;the fifth is to further Improve the construction of the credit system in rural areas;Sixth,further increase the promotion of rural financial services.
