In order to quantitatively study the killing effect of a chlorine dioxide solution on microorganisms,in order to provide reference and theoretical basis for the disinfection standard of chlorine dioxide solution on microorganisms.In the experiment,the content of chlorine dioxide solution was determined by the improved five step iodimetry,the killing effect of four kinds of bacteria was evaluated by qualitative and quantitative germicidal methods of bacterial suspension,and the killing effect of chlorine dioxide solution on CSFV(Classical Swine Fever virus)was studied by immunofluorescence and suspension quantitative killing tests.The results showed that the average concentrations of chlorine dioxide in the high and low concentration groups were 224.1 mg/L and 75.2 mg/L,respectively.There was no significant difference between the average concentrations of chlorine dioxide in the high and low concentration groups and the theoretical concentrations.The results of chlorine dioxide in the two groups were consistent with the theoretical concentrations.In the control group,the concentration and average value of Composite sodium chlorite powder solution were in the range of theoretical concentration(380-460 mg/L).Therefore,the improved five step iodometry is accurate and can be used as an effective detection method for chlorine dioxide disinfectant products.The qualitative and quantitative killing test results of chlorine dioxide solution on four kinds of bacteria show that when the effective concentration of chlorine dioxide solution is 3.12 mg/L,it acts on Escherichia coli 8099 for 1 min,and its kill rate is 99.90%.Staphylococcus ATCC6538 for 10 min,its kill rate reached 99.97%,and Streptococcus hemolyticus 32210 for 30 min,its kill rate reached 100%;the effective concentration was 12.5 mg/L,against Bacillus subtilis 63501 After 10 min,its kill rate reached 100%.The sterilization effect of chlorine dioxide solution is good,and it is similar to the sterilization effect of Composite sodium chlorite powder,and the sterilization effect is much better than that of Decamethonium bromide.The killing test results of chlorine dioxide solution against swine fever virus showed that the inactivation rate of chlorine dioxide and Composite sodium chlorite powder at a concentration of 25 mg/L on Thiveral strain of swine fever virus could reach 100% when they were treated for 3 min,It shows that the chlorine dioxide solution and the Composite sodium chlorite powder have similar killing effects on the classical swine fever virus.
