Backfat of pigs is an important factor to improve the productivity and production efficiency of pigs.A large number of experimental studies have shown that the back fat is significantly correlated with carcass fat,body condition score and reproductive performance,which is an important indicator for pig genetic breeding and performance evaluation.Keeping good back fat level can improve the breeding ability of pigs,improve the production performance and increase the income of pig farms.In the existing backfat detection methods,the visual de tection method,slaughter method and probe method have high working intensity and low efficiency.The measurement process of ultrasonic method is tedious,and it takes a long time practice to master the ultrasonic method.In addition,the above methods all have problems such as late data upload,large human error and stress.Therefore,in order to meet the development trend of modern animal husbandry and informatization,network,optimize the measuring method,improve the measurement precision,on the basis of existing back fat test,this paper puts forward a kind of live backfat thickness automatic detection scheme for pigs,solve optimization detection method,the problems in the past or for the pig back fat condition,efficient,accurate rapid detection.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Research on embedded,sensor,data transmission and other related technologies;Relevant research data,data and pictures were collected at home and abroad to analyze the developme nt of backfat detection technology,the advantages and disadvantages of various existing backfat detection methods and the influence of subjective factors of different reviewers on backfat detection results.It lays a technical foundation for the developme nt of intelligent automatic back fat thickness detection system for pigs.(2)Design and implement the hardware part of the pig back fat thickness automatic detection system.Determine the overall control scheme and working process of the system,develop a pig backfat detection rack,and complete the selection and programming of each module of the system hardware around the main functions of pig individual identification,body weight collection,positioning of measuring points,backfat collection,data uplo ading,etc.,so as to jointly realize the functions of each module.(3)Design and develop the software part of the pig back fat thickness automatic detection system.Management of pig back fat thickness of web site overall analysis and design,using the Myeclipse development software,the c # language,HTML,jquery,Navicat database visualization tools and Mysql database to realize information management of live pigs,user information management,user permissions set,set of system parameters,and other fu nctions,convenient for management personnel in a timely manner to master the body condition of pigs.(4)Backfat were collected using the data fusion algorithm to data fusion,the fusion of the data as a result backfat collection,and analysis the pig bac k fat differences in automatic test system with manual measuring results,based on measured back fat is used in the automatic monitoring system of data and backfat manual measurement data for the two main parameters prediction model of different varieties for different pig farms,pig find realistic circumstance of the optimal regression equation,the automatic detection system of backfat maximize data close to the hand back fat measurement data.(5)Carry out the test of pig back fat thickness automatic det ection system.The system was verified from three aspects: the positioning accuracy of backfat detection sites,the accuracy of backfat detection results and the Zig Bee transmission performance.A detailed test design was proposed,and the test results were analyzed to prove the rationality of the automatic backfat thickness detection system for pigs.To sum up,this paper developed the pig back fat thickness of the automatic test system which can realize pig individual identification,weight test,backfat function such as information collection,data upload,possesses the characteristics of low cost,stable performance and can avoid in the process of measuring different evaluation member of subjective factors,liberate the workforce,improve the detection efficiency of pig farms,provide a reference for determination of backfat and fine management,improve pig performance measurement,choose strength at home and abroad to fill research gaps in intelligent backfat thickness measurement,promote the development of intelligent pigs in our country.
