In this study,Xinjiang Wen185,Xinxin2 walnuts,and offspring populations,and main inland varieties were used as test materials,using the Folin phenol reagent method and high performance liquid chromatography.To compare and analyze the contents of total polyphenols and monomeric phenols in different parts of the fruit between the parents of Walnut185,Xinxin2 and the offspring.Comparing the content of total polyphenols and monomeric phenols in main mainland varieties and Xinjiang thin-skinned walnuts,the results are as follows: 1.There are significant differences in the total polyphenol content and monomeric phenol content of the main inland varieties and Xinjiang thin-skinned walnut kernel seed coat,kernel.Among the main inland varieties,Daliangshan Alpine Walnut has the highest total polyphenol content,followed by Xiangling Walnut,and the lowest total polyphenol content is pecan.The order of the total polyphenols content in different walnut varieties is as follows: Daliangshan alpine walnut> Xianling walnut> Xinxin2> Wen185> American black walnut> Lion head> Niangqing walnut> Bigen fruit The most polyphenols in the seed coat of the nucleolus in the mainland are the Xiangling walnuts and the least are the pecans.The order of the total polyphenols content in different walnut varieties is as follows: Xiangling> Niangqing> Xinxin2> Wen185> American black walnut> Pecan.7 kinds of monomeric phenols were detected in the seed coats of different walnut varieties,6 kinds of monomeric phenols were detected in the kernels,and the results of the determination of the monomeric phenol content in the seed coats of the kernels showed that the average unit of Xinjiang Wen185 walnut and Xinxin2 The content of body phenol is higher than that of the main varieties in the mainland.The content of monomer phenol in different parts of the two thin-skinned walnuts and walnuts of the real offspring group has development research and effective use value,and can be further studied.2.The total polyphenol content in leaves,green bark,seed coat and nucleolus of Wen185 walnut parent is 13.42 mg/g,8.45 mg/g,135.15 mg/g,4.94 mg/g,and the offspring is 13.00 mg/ g,8.16 mg/g,236.39 mg/g,4.64 mg/g.Among them,the total polyphenol content of leaves,green bark,nucleolar seed coat and nucleolar of the progeny of the offspring accounted for 35.29%,29.41%,47.05% and 29.41% respectively.The order of the total polyphenol content in different parts of the fruit is as follows: seed kernel>leaf>green bark>nuclear kernel.The nucleoli and leaves in different parts of fruit of progeny showed extremely significant positive correlation(P<0.01),and the leaves and nucleolus seed coat were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).The leaf of the offspring of Walnut185,the content of ellagic acid in the seed kernel of nucleolus and the content of monomeric phenol in nucleolus were the most,reaching 115.36 μg/mL,878.12 μg/mL,80.36 μg/mL,indicating that ellagic acid is a walnut leaf,The main phenolic acid substance in the seed coat and nucleoli.The largest content in green skin is rutin,and the lowest content is coumaric acid.The lowest content of monomeric phenol in leaves and nucleoli is p-carboxybenzoic acid,and the lowest content in nucleolus seed coat is quercetin.Total polyphenol content and single plant phenol content of ?Bei 2-9?,?Bei 2-11?,?Bei 5-12?,?Bei 4-13? and ?Bei 1-16? in offspring of Wen185 Are more than their parents.3.The total polyphenol content of Xinxin 2 walnut parent leaves,green bark,seed kernel and seed kernel is 14.64 mg/g,9.64 mg/g,247.41 mg/g and 5.12 mg/g The offspring were 13.52 mg/g,9.25 mg/g,237.13 mg/g,and 4.84 mg/g.Among them,the progeny leaves,green bark,nucleolar seed coat and nucleolar total polyphenol content accounted for 25%,35%,35% and 30% respectively of the parents.The order of the total polyphenol content in different parts of Xinxinxin 2 walnut fruit was in order of nucleolus seed coat>leaf>green bark>nuclear.Nucleolus and leaves in different parts of fruit of progeny showed extremely significant positive correlation(P<0.01).The content of ellagic acid in Xinxin2 walnut leaves,green skin,seed coat and nucleolus reached 111.53 μg/mL,56.36 μg/mL,758.23 μg/mL,75.69 μg/mL,indicating that ellagic acid The main phenolic acids in walnut leaves,green bark,seed coats and nucleoli.The lowest content in walnut leaves and nucleoli is p-carboxybenzoic acid,the lowest content in green skin is gallic acid,and the lowest content in nucleoli seed coat is quercetin.The total polyphenol content and monomeric phenol content of ?Zhong 1-17?,?Zhong 5-12?,?Zhong 6-12?,and ?Zhong 7-8? in the offspring of Xinxin2 walnuts exceeded the parents.Wen185 and Xinxin2 are rich in monomeric phenols and total polyphenols in walnut leaves,green skins,seed coats and nucleolus of walnuts and offspring of the offspring.This is the effective development and utilization of polyphenols in Xinjiang thin-skin walnut Provides good germplasm resources.The different parts of the walnuts of the two thin-skinned walnuts can be used as potential materials for natural breeding of excellent varieties of walnut polyphenols,which is beneficial to the type of economic value. |
