| Ventilation irrigation is a new type of agricultural production technology.Combined with soil aeration technology on the basis of infiltration irrigation,it not only guarantees the water demand for crop growth,but also increases the soil oxygen content,preventing the unbalanced soil moisture and gas ratio from affecting crop growth.Inhibition effect.Relevant research on the effects of aeration irrigation technology on crop growth has been carried out in the early stage,but the effects of irrigation,fertilization,and aeration on crop growth and soil environment have not been considered,especially the temperature change in the soil environment is less common.And the test environment is limited to greenhouse test research.Because the test conditions are not affected by the external environment,the test results cannot be directly applied to field crop planting.In order to optimize the traditional planting technology model,improve the soil environment,and improve crop yield and quality,the water-fertilizer-gas coupling technology has been innovatively developed,and has been used in the Hainan Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund Project(519QN289)and the China Tropical Agriculture Academy Innovation Team Project(19CXTD-31)With the support of the development of intelligent water,fertilizer and gas integrated equipment,field experiments and research,the specific content is as follows:(1)Development of intelligent water,fertilizer and gas integration equipment.The method of combining simulation analysis and experimental verification was used to develop a smart device integrating water,fertilizer and gas.The soil ventilation system was optimized using Hydros software.Simulation analysis was performed using the corn root respiration rate as the measurement index.The depth of the infiltration irrigation pipe was determined to be 30 ㎝.The system verification test can prove that the equipment has a reasonable structure and operates normally.Can meet the requirements of corn growth.(2)Field experiment research on the coupling effect of water and fertilizer on soil environment.Using intelligent equipment with integrated water,fertilizer,and gas as the test platform,the irrigation,fertilization,and aeration rates were selected as the influencing factors.The three factors and five levels of orthogonal rotation combination tests were performed with soil moisture content,soil oxygen content,and soil temperature as evaluation indicators.The results were optimized by response surface analysis to determine the optimal process parametersof the water-fertilizer-gas coupling technology.The results of the control experiments showed that: the coupled technology of water and fertilizer can increase soil water content by 4.30 ~9.14%,increase soil oxygen content by 5.05 ~ 16.85%,reduce soil temperature change rate by1.7% ~ 8.6%,and provide a suitable growth environment for corn growth.(3)Field experiment research on the coupling effect of water and fertilizer on corn growth.The intelligent equipment with integrated water,fertilizer,and gas was used as the test platform,and the irrigation,fertilization,and aeration were selected as the influencing factors.The agronomic traits and root growth of corn were used as evaluation indicators.Three factors and five levels of orthogonal rotation combination experiments were conducted.The response surface analysis method was used to optimize the results,and finally the optimal process parameters of the water-fertilizer-gas coupling technology were determined.The results of the control tests show that: using water-fertilizer-gas coupling technology can increase plant height by 0.4 to 1.9%,stem thickness by 0.7 to 7.1%,yield of 4.2 to 8.8%,increase root length of 7.96 to 17.05%,and root dry weight of 6.7 to 18.4%,which can be effective Improve the growth and development of corn,increase the above-ground and underground corn production,and increase the output value.The research results provide the prerequisites and theoretical basis for improving soil environment and high crop yield. |
