Cotton is one of the main economic crops in Xinjiang.In recent years,the cotton planting area in Xinjiang has increased significantly,and has become the main pillar industry of the region.In order to improve the yield and quality of cotton,in the process of cotton planting,people use a lot of fertilizer.While increasing production and income,the use of fertilizers also caused huge pollution to the environment and soil.Therefore,while ensuring cotton production,reducing the use of chemical fertilizers is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.In order to realize the mechanization of cotton planting model in Xinjiang,the local cotton planting adopts the planting mode of alternating wide and narrow rows.The method of fertilization is to apply basic fertilizer before sowing,and then apply drip irrigation under film after sowing.The base fertilizer uses traditional spreading,which makes the fertilizer in the wide row difficult to be absorbed by cotton,resulting in a low utilization rate of the base fertilizer.In recent years,with the application and development of Beidou navigation technology in agriculture,this idea of fertilizer peers has become a reality.Based on this,a layered cotton fertilizer applicator is designed to apply base fertilizer and seeding operations to the cotton field,to achieve the goal of peers in the field of fertilizer and fertilizer,and to increase production and lose weight is of great significance.(1)In this paper,the nutrients of cotton fields and fertilizers are tested,combined with the agronomic requirements of cotton,a cotton layered fertilizer applicator is designed.The fertilizer applicator has the characteristics of good anti-blocking performance,good consistency of fertilization depth and row spacing,and a new type of precise layered fertilization operation that is easy to adjust and fertilize.Through the reduction and precise use of fertilizers in layers,the purpose of improving fertilizer utilization and crop yield is achieved.A fertilizer detection device is designed in the fertilizing pipe,and the normal discharge of fertilizer and clogging of fertilizer can be detected through signal feedback.(2)Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry out static analysis of the layered mechanism,it is concluded that the maximum value of the effective stress and strain of the layered mechanism is within the allowable range of the material.Modal analysis of the layering mechanism,because the vibration of the machine is mainly caused by the rotation of the tractor engine,the first three natural frequencies are 5.1629 Hz,19.201 Hz,53.336 Hz.The frequency is 20-33.3Hz,the natural frequency does not coincide with the excitation frequency,and there is no resonance phenomenon,which meets the work requirements.(3)In the field test,the single factor test is used to determine the factors that affect the breaking rate and the accuracy of the amount of fertilizer applied during the fertilization process.And through the threefactor quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design experiment,the mathematical model of the main parameters of the machine's forward speed,the effective length of the inner groove wheel,the particle size of the fertilizer,the accuracy of the breaking rate,and the amount of fertilization was obtained.In response to surface analysis,the test results show that: the forward speed is 4.39 km / h,the groove wheel opening is38.86 mm,and the fertilizer particle size is 2mm,the breaking rate is 1.64%,and the accuracy of fertilizer application is 95.8%.Meet the process requirements.
