Abstract/Summary:
The new line of Bromus ciliatus L.was used as the main research object.Through field cultivation experiments,its biological characteristics,production performance,resistance and nutritional quality were measured and compared,and compared with the control-The main difference between B.ciliatus L.cv.Xilinguole is to comprehensively evaluate the excellent characteristics and utilization value of the new line.The results are as follows:1.The plant height of the new line was about 65-66cm,and its number of shoots is higher than that of the control(B.ciliatus L.cv.Xilinguole).Each phenological period is earlier than the control and has obvious early maturity characteristics.The photosynthesis rate of early maturing materials is lower than that.The remaining germplasm materials have significantly higher water use efficiency than other germplasm materials.2.There is no significant difference in the yield of total fresh hay between the growth of each material in 2-3 years,but the yield of hay in the third year of growth of each material is higher than that in the second year of growth,and two of the new lines are improved compared with the second year of growth.68.7%and 72.3%;the potential seed yield of each material was not significantly different between the 2-3 years of growth,but the actual seed yield of the second year of growth was significantly higher than the control.3.The drought resistance of the seeds in the germination and seedling stages of the three materials was ranked from strong to weak:new line 2>new line 1>B.ciliatus L.cv.Xilinguole;The order of salt tolerance during seed germination from strong to weak is new line 1>new line 2>B.ciliatus L.cv.Xilinguole.4.The content of crude protein and crude fat in the second year of growth of broccoli was significantly higher than that of the control,and the content of crude protein in the third year of growth was higher in the first crop(14-15%)than in regenerated grass(11-13%).5.In the first 2-3 years of the growth of the new strain,its seed yield and grass yield are comparable to those of the control,but its nutritional quality,drought resistance and salt tolerance are better than those of the control,and have higher utilization value,which can be further passed through the region.Trials and production trials are registered as new varieties.
