Tilia L.is a deciduous tree of the Tiliaceae family.It has a long history of cultivation and planting in China and has deep cultural heritage.It belongs to the national endangered protected species and national class II key protected wild plants.It is a precious and excellent greening and economic tree species in China.Bark,flowers,leaves and fruits can be used as medicines,especially as nectar source species,which have been widely used at home and abroad.In the context of advocating a compound economy and a conservation-oriented society,as a multifunctional environmental protection tree,Tilia L.has huge market development potential.In this paper,the biological characteristics of Tilia L.genus and various phenological indicators of different species of Tilia L.Introduced and cultivated in Qingdao area were preliminarily studied.Through the collection of relevant data and site surveys and observations of Tilia L..Collects information about known genus Tilia L.,builds a database of known cultivars,and determines discriminating traits.Guidance on testing Distinctness,Uniformity and Stability of new plant varieties is a key part of applying for variety authorization.Science and technology problems that the industry urgently needs to solve,The testing process and test results of new plant varieties are a strong technical support for the protection of new varieties and determining whether the applied variety can obtain variety rights Important basis.This paper summarizes the compilation of new variety testing guidelines and research on new plant variety testing,and presents the prospects for the development of new plant variety testing in China.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research situation on the basis of new plant varieties protection and DUS testing,with Tilia L.as the research object,investigated the lime tree variety resources,Tilia L.is a known species database and linden DUS test guidelines for new plant varieties developed method was studied,established the perfect lime is a new type of test system,compiled theTilia L.DUS testing guideline.(1)An overview of the development of the domestic and foreign new plant test guidelines,and the research background,significance of the DUS test guidelines for new plant species.(2)Based on different species and varieties of Tilia L.introduced and cultivated in Qingdao toutai garden base,the morphological indexes were investigated and observed.The phenological period and biological characteristics of Tilia L.were investigated and it was found that Tilia L.could adapt to the climatic conditions in the experimental area.(3)Through a combination of literature review and field surveys,the species with detailed graphic records at home and abroad were sorted out,and the database of known varieties of Tilia L.was established.(4)for the first time,the DUS test guide for a new species of Tilia L.was established,and the applicable scope of the guide,DUS test technical requirements,Distinctness,Uniformity and Stability evaluation were determined.In this paper,70 obligatory traits were selected,including 18 obligatory traits.On the basis of this database to Tilia L.varieties was established.
