| Cultivated area and yield of fruit trees in China are always ranking top first in the world,nowadays the fruit industry has already become the important pillar of rural economy and main source of rural income.Currently,there is extremely low comprehensive mechanization level of orchard in China,especially fruit tree trimming and fruit picking,realized by climbing tree or ladder,involve in large labor intensity,low productivity and instability,so worker’s personal safety is difficult to guarantee;as rural labor force reduces year after year and population aging keeps on increasing,the labor cost of fruit industry is increasing year after year.For all of these problems aforesaid,we carried out the study on the scissors-style orchard work platform controlled by cell phone APP,aiming at realizing various works such as tree trimming,fruit picking,flower and fruit thinning via auxiliary manual works.The study was mainly carried out on the aspects as follows:(1)Proposal of overall plan for scissors-style orchard work platform controlled by cell phone APP.The platform is mainly composed of power plant,travelling mechanism,stretching mechanism,hoisting mechanism,workbench and control system.It uses the diesel engine as the power source,and uses the crawler-type underpan and full-automatic drive,and uses cell phone APP of Android system to operate and control hydraulic motor and oil cylinder to realize the remote operation,such as going forward,going back,turning,lifting up or down and stretching of workbench.(2)Design and simulation of key parts such as hoisting mechanism,stretching mechanism according to the overall plan.The SOLIDWORKS software was used to establish the3 Dvirtual model of work platform,the Adams and ANSYS software were used to make motion simulation and stress analysis for hoisting mechanism and stretching mechanism,where the complete machine’s maximum lifting height was 1.30 m,hoist cylinder’s maximum stress was 4,500 N,stretching mechanism’s stretching distance on both sides was 0.50 m,maximum stress was 4.322 MPa,and maximum deformation was 0.015mm;all met the requirements on strength and rigidity.(3)Design of control system for scissors-style orchard work platform based on Android system.The system uses STM32 singlechip as the control core,uses WIFI module and Socket protocol to realize communication,and uses cell phone APP software control interface to give order to control the on and off of solenoid valve to activate or deactivate the hydraulic motorand oil cylinder so as to realize the change in platform posture;besides,the system is capable of analyzing the stress state when work platform is on the slope so as to guarantee the stability on complex terrain,and is capable of establishing the longitudinal slope stability model and deducing the platform stability coefficient;the system is designed with the tip-over prewarning system to realize the instability alarm of platform.(4)Trial manufacture of prototype and test of its performance.The results therefrom show that the platform’s maximum lifting height is 1.30 m,maximum working height in actual work is 3.4m,maximum bearing weight is 200 kg,minimum turning radius is 1.5m,stretching length on both sides is 0.50 m approximately,and maximum working breadth is 2.50 m,all of them can meet the actual demands of orchard. |
