Further improve the land smoothness on the basis of rough leveling.Based on the research of attitude control of grader,this paper improves the model of single cylinder grader,develops a two-cylinder flat shovel which can adjust the elevation and pitch angle accurately,constructs the elevation control model of grader and the mathematical model of pitch angle adjustment.Based on the work requirement of the system,the precision level control software is written.Because GNSS dual antenna has the special advantages of high sensitivity,small measurement error and good stable+,it can effectively improve the overshoot oscillation problem of flat shovel,so the system adopts GNSS dual antenna to provide high precision positioning information for flat ground system.The paper compares the classical PID and fuzzy PID by using the Simulink module in Matlab software,and analyzes the results.The conclusion is that the fuzzy PID is not only faster in response speed,but also smaller in overshoot.As a result,fuzzy PID is chosen as the adjustment mode.The results show that the double-antenna precision leveling system based on Beidou positioning system is stable and reliable.It can quickly level the elevation within 30 cm to within 10 cm.It can effectively improve the micro-surface environment of farmland and meet the requirements of precision leveling.
