As a part of the 863 program -the research and developments of laser flat-ground system, the mission of the topic is to research and develop hydraulic pressure system that can be applicable to small scaled laser flat ground system The system requests the independent intelligent property right, save energy, less heat, and match with the common tractor we used and meet the laser flat ground working condition. On the base of studying the characteristics of the laser flat ground system, we design a proper hydraulic pressure system. It uses the screw thread inserted valve in integrated structure t. It designs a path-differ unloading valve that take the solenoid valve as to lead first. Design the hydraulic pressure integrated system. We have done the experiments for the valve and the system indoor & in the field. Completing the research work for the hydraulic pressure system of laser flat ground machine. The experiment result shows that the path-differ unloading valve can lower unloading ability of the system. The system responds quickly and is well-sealed, flat-ground spade did not sink to decline when it is on the position LOCK. The system matches very well with the tractor and work well in field. The system gives off less heat.
