| Vertical agriculture,as a new type of agriculture,conforms to the concept of sustainable development.Due to the immature development technology and high construction cost,the popularization degree is not high.In this paper,a feasible scheme is put forward,and according to the agricultural production process combined with the new working environment,a kind of track type mechanized working platform which can be used in the application of the simple version of spiral vertical farm is designed.Firstly,combined with the characteristics of the helical structure,regional lighting simulation,and related track operation,the spiral planting platform was designed with a pitch of 4m and a slope of about 10.31°.The single track was 3.5m away from the central axis,which satisfied the lighting requirements and occupied a small area for the platform.Secondly,according to the general content of the agricultural process,Solidworks is used to design a three-dimensional model of the body to realize the platform mechanization goals:transportation,spraying,spraying and sowing.During the design,the efficiency and utilization of spraying and seeding are improved.Such as spraying height can be adjusted,the application of sowing adaptive.In addition,the single track anti-tilting tilting chassis and anti-backsliding pawl mechanism are designed.Finally,ANSYS is used to do finite element analysis on helical platform,horizontal track,axis,etc.,combined with the analysis of the modal analysis of the helical track,the dynamics of the driiving wheel and the gear belt meshing when the module with the maximum loading mass and speed is carried out.According to the needs of the body design of three major systems to do the corresponding control content,through the operation control panel,wireless remote control of the main body carrying required functional modules on the spiral monorail can be up and down,along with the stop,improve operability,flexibility,efficiency. |
