In this paper, the soil nutritation status of sweet cherry orchard in Daiyue district was systematically sampled and analyzed.According to the fertilizer demand characteristics of sweet cherry,an optimum fertilization recommendation was made, and the effects between optimized fertilization and traditional fertilization method on the growth and fruit quality of sweet cherry were compared and verified, the main results were as follows:1.The general characteristics of soil nutrient status in cherry orchard of Daiyue district were summarize as : the soil organic matter was deficient, and the content of organic matter was only 6 g/kg;Meanwhile,soil pH was acidic, and some orchards were severely acidified; The overall soil nutrient content was insufficient, and varied greatly among different orchards. The coefficient of variation showed a large degree of variation. Therefore, fertilizer application in sweet cherry orchards should be adjusted according to their own soil nutrients to increase the lack of elements in the soil.2.Optimum fertilization had obvious effect on the growth of cherry rootstock seedlings, and the branch quantity, height and thickness of cherry seedlings were better than those of the control. The lateral branch development increased by 17.44% compared with the control plot. The height-diameter ratio decreased by 2.66%,and the optimal grafting rate of seedlings increased by 14%.3.Optimum fertilization could improve the quality and chlorophyll content of cherry leaves, increase the fruit setting rate and reduce the fruit cracking rate of cherries, which had obvious effect on the increase of single fruit weight and yield of cherries. From the perspective of fruit quality,Optimum fertilization can effectively reduce the total acid of cherry, increase Vc content, increase soluble solid content and solid-acid ratio, and improve the overall quality of cherry fruit.4.Through the Optimum fertilization test for two consecutive years, various nutrients in the tested soil in cherry orchard had an increasing trend to varying degrees, and the soil nutrient content gradually developed towards rationalization. The content of soil organic matter had greatly increased and gradually approached the normal level. The pH value of the soil was restored to the pH range suitable for cherry planting.5.Optimum fertilization had obvious effect on the economic benefits of the orchard, which can significantly reduce the input-output ratio of cherry orchard.Through optimum fertilization, cherries can ripen 3-5 days in advance, the proportion of cherries above grade I fruits can be increased by more than 10%,the average purchase price can be increased by more than 2 yuan /kg,and the net income per mu can be increased by about 25% only considering the cost of fertilizer input.
