In this experiment,Jingyan Hard Powder No.8 tomato was used as the test material,and randomized block test design was adopted,leaf spraying was carried out with water soluble fertilizers A?20:20:20?and B?15:10:30?of 0.4g/L,0.8g/L and1.2g/L,respectively,contrast with spraying equal amount of clean water treatment,study on the effects of two kinds of foliar fertilizers at different concentrations on the growth and development of tomato in greenhouse,thereby selecting the most suitable foliar fertilizer for tomato growth and development.Research shows:1.By spraying two kinds of foliar fertilizers with different concentrations,the height and stem diameter of tomato plants showed an S-shaped change trend as a whole.The plant height,stem diameter and leaf width of each treatment were all higher than those of CK treatment.Among them,the maximum plant height of A3treatment was 153.2cm,stem diameter was 13.89mm,and leaf width was 11.32cm.The difference between B3 and A3 treatment is not significant,and the difference between other treatments is not significant.There were no significant differences in plant width,leaf length and leaf number between treatments.2.The total contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll in tomato treated with A3 and B3 were significantly higher than other treatments during the whole measurement period,the total chlorophyll content of A3 and B3 treatments increased by 3.78%-12.3%and 0.2%-12.7%,respectively,compared with CK.The SOD activity and POD activity of each treatment were significantly higher than CK treatment,the peak value of SOD activity in B2 treatment reached a maximum of179.73u/g,the peak value of POD activity in B4 treatment reached a maximum of1442u/g,and the content of MDA in B3 treatment reached a minimum of10.801?mol/g,the difference between B2 treatment and CK was not significant,and other treatments were significantly lower than CK treatment.3.During the whole measurement period,A3 and B3 treatments significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of tomato leaves.The net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of A3 treatment reached a peak of 26.52?mmol·m-2·s-1?352.14mmol·m-2·s-1,The transpiration rate of B3 treatment is up to 11.22mmol·m-2·s-1,the intercellular CO2 concentration of A3treatment was not different from that of CK,and the lowest intercellular CO2concentration of B3 treatment was 260.90?mol/mol,which was significantly lower than that of CK treatment 4.31%.The effect of A3 treatment on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of tomato leaves is more favorable,which is more beneficial to improve the ability of PSII to reflect the conversion of capture energy to chemical energy in the center.It can maintain a good degree of openness,enhance electron transfer ability,and reduce the dissipation of heat energy.Significantly improve the utilization of light energy.4.The main nutritional quality of tomato fruits treated with A3 and B3 was significantly higher than other treatments.The highest content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and soluble solids in A3 treatment was highest,the difference between1.34mg/g,7.425%and 4.37%,respectively,and B3 treatment is not significant.The vitamin C content,organic acid content and sugar-acid ratio of B3 treatment were12.49mg/100g,2.39%and 3.09%,respectively,which were significantly higher than other treatments.The yield of B3 treatment was also the highest at 7131.56kg/667m2,which was 5.87%higher than that of CK treatment,followed by A3 treatment yield of6696.15kg/667m2,an increase of 3.4%.In summary,spraying different concentrations of two kinds of foliar fertilizers has significant effects on the growth and main nutrient quality of tomato,and the effect of spraying two kinds of foliar fertilizers with appropriate concentration of0.8g/L is more obvious.Low or too high concentration of foliar fertilizer,especially high potassium B fertilizer,the concentration is too high,but the inhibition effect is more obvious.Tomato is a potassium-producing crop.Spraying a proper amount of B fertilizer with higher potassium content is more conducive to improving fruit quality and increasing yield.Although each treatment has the effect of increasing production,the overall yield is not very high,and spraying foliar fertilizer to a certain extent does not completely replace conventional fertilization.In combination with various indicators,spraying 0.8g/L of B3 treatment has reference value for promoting tomato growth and development,improving fruit quality and increasing yield.
