Piggery pig industry is a pillar industry of animal husbandry in our country,to the pig's ability to reproduce,grow,and the influence degree of the health and so on is very profound,with intensive,large-scale breeding way of rapid development,to create a suitable for the pig growth environment,establishes a set of piggery environment remote monitoring system is the important development direction of the pig industry.This study in the light of the environmental characteristics of piggery and is now widely used the limitations of the monitoring system,the 4G network,WiFi network,integrated computer,sensor,automatic control technology of comprehensive utilization,design can be implemented in piggery environment remote monitoring system,to free more resources,make piggery environmental improvement,effectively improve the breeding benefit.In this paper,on the premise of appropriate pigsty environment for the growth of pigs,the structural design of the system is first studied,and the structural design of the remote monitoring system is carried out according to the actual situation of the pigsty and the environmental conditions for monitoring.Secondly,in view of the problems that may be encountered in remote signal transmission,two methods,4G network and wireless local area network,are selected for data transmission,and the sensor is located and installed on the pigsty site.In order to realize the monitoring and control function of this research system,the hardware and software of the monitoring and control system are designed respectively from the local and the field.In the aspect of short-range data acquisition,ZigBee wireless sensor network composed of a variety of sensors is adopted,and the ZigBee protocol architecture is analyzed and designed.In the aspect of long-distance data transmission,4G network technology and wireless local area network technology are adopted for transmission and analysis.PC management system and APP system are designed through programming software to diversify the means of monitoring.Finally,the stability of the hardware and software is verified by collecting and analyzing the test data of field and local measurement.
