Study Of Environment Monitoring System For Swine House Based On ZigBee And 3G Technology

In order to avoid odor and other adverse factors impact on people's lives,modern large-scale hoggeries are mostly concentrated in the suburbs or urban and rural areas.So the actual site of the hoggery is generally out-of-the-way and distant from friendly man-machine interface.Furthermore,it is a big problem that is relatively complex piggery environment to construct and wire in the field.Based on the above situation,this paper proposes some suggestions,including combination of wireless sensor network technology and mobile communication technology and so on in order to realize the intelligence of pig breeding by environmental monitoring system of ZigBee and 3G network technology.The thesis has arranged a multi-channel ZigBee sensor node and built Wireless sensor network In contrast pigsty.ZigBee sensor nodes can collect piggery humidity,light intensity,carbon dioxide concentration,the concentration of harmful gases,and then send to Transfer control equipment.In order to realize the data transmission from the near to the distant,ZigBee networking will communicate with ZHD750 W of Unicom 3G-DTU.After the data is stored in the server,the host computer can realize the dynamic display of the real-time data in the configuration software through the IP login.Through the system performance test of the simulation experiment,The result shows that the pigsty environment monitoring system has good stability,accuracy,flexibility,and simple operation.The system solves the difficulties of traditional wiring,environmental monitoring system complex and expensive construction costs in the piggery by using ZigBee technology,mobile network technology and logic control technology.Therefore,it has certain application value in modern pig breeding industry.
