The postpartum ovarian disease in dairy cow is a common reproductive system disease in dairy cow infertility.Common ovarian diseases in dairy cow mainly include:cyst ovarian, delayed ovulation, ovarian rest and persistent corpus luteum. They often cause the disordered estrous cycle of the dairy cow,and breeding increases, which in turn causes the interval of calving to prolong, and seriously affects the fecundity of dairy cow.Due to the complex causes of ovarian diseases and diversity of disorders, diagnosis and treatment are facing certain difficulties, besides they cause significant economic losses to dairy farms. This study investigated the major postpartum ovarian diseases in some dairy farms in hebei province. In order to study the regularity of postpartum ovarian disease,10 dairy farms in Xingtai,Shijiazhuang,Baoding and Hengshui were investigated in summer, autumn and winter.A total of 2,633 cows were investigated for postpartum ovarian disease by reviewing dairy records, consulting the veterinarians of the farm and conducting clinical examinations on individual cows. The results showed that the incidence of ovarian cysts and ovulation delay in some dairy farms in Hebei was higher,6.11%and 5.12%,respectively;Among the four regions, the highest incidence rate of shijiazhuang dairy farm was 24.83%,significantly higher than the other three regions. The highest incidence of ovarian disease is in summer, and the ovarian disease detected number accounts for 65.90%of the total detected number. The results show that hot weather and high temperature is one of the main factors causing ovarian disease in dairy cows;Ovarian cysts and persistent corpus luteum are more common in the second and third births.Cows with ovarian rest are mainly concentrated in the first and second births.Cows with delayed ovulation most happened in the third birth but the overall distribution is even. The results indicate that parity has a certain impact on the incidence of ovarian disease in dairy cows.At the same time, the changes of the concentration of reproductive hormone in the blood of cyst ovarian, delayed ovulation cows were analyzed. The blood of 1 day,2dsys,7days,9days,11days,13days,15days after the estrus of the sick and healthy cows were collected and grouped, and determined by the ELISA reproductive hormone determination kit.The concentrations of FSH,LH,P4 and E2 in the blood after different days of estrus were measured. After the statistics, the icons were drawn and the concentration changes were analyzed. The results showed that the concentration of follicle stimulating hormone?FSH?in blood of dairy cow with ovarian cysts was significantly higher than that of healthy cow at the beginning of estrus, and then the concentration of FSH was fluctuating all the time, but the average concentration of FSH was still higher than that of healthy cow throughout the estrus.Luteinizing hormone?LH?shows a fluctuation curve that first decreases and then rises throughout the sensation, and the average concentration of LH is lower than that of healthy cattle. The concentration of progesterone?P4?fluctuated greatly throughout the sensation, and it was significantly lower than that of healthy cattle at the beginning of estrus, but it was flat with healthy cattle on the 13th day after estrus; The concentration of estradiol?E2?was slightly lower at the beginning of estrus than that of healthy cattle, but remained slightly higher than that of healthy cattle, and its average concentration was higher than that of healthy cattle; For delayed ovulation cow,the initial concentration of follicle-stimulating hormone?FSH?is higher than that of healthy cattle, but it is exceeded by healthy cattle and its average concentration is lower than that of healthy cattle.Luteinizing hormone?LH?is relatively low in the whole stage of estrus, and its concentration is lower than that of healthy cattle from the beginning of estrus.Although it shows a continuous increasing curve in the later stage of estrus, the increase rate is relatively small, and the average concentration is lower than that of healthy cattle.Progesterone?P4?is similar to luteinizing hormone?LH?in that it is lower than healthy cattle in the whole period.Although the average concentration is lower than that of healthy cattle, its curve is similar to that of healthy cattle. The concentration of estradiol?E2?began to be lower than that of healthy cattle at the beginning of estrus, but it continued to rise after the seventh day, with an average concentration higher than that of healthy cattle. In this experiment,The cure rate and effective rate of ovarian cyst cows reached 60%and 80%after self-designed treatment, while the cure rate and effective rate of conventional hormone therapy were 20%and 60%.The cure rate and effective rate of delayed ovulation cows reached 37.5%and 62.5%,after self-designed treatment, while the cure rate and effective rate of conventional hormone therapy were 14.2%and42.8%,It indicates that the effectiveness of the self-designed treatment is higher than that of conventional treatment.
