On the basis of this study is based on the production practice, the problem with main diseases of infertility in beef cattle farms about Angus in Xinjiang to investigate some representative beef cattle farms rectal examination, B super-combined hormone determination and histopathology of ovarian diseaseinfertile Angus to make a comprehensive diagnosis, adopt to optimize hormone programs and in pharmacological sac scattered and the progestational scattered with respect to their treatment, compared to treatment effect for future research and production practice to provide some reference value and significance. Combining Angus with having main ovarian diseases P4, E2, LH, FSH the four hormone level variation in serum for the future to further explore in pharmacological sac scattered, progestational casual treatment of ovarian disease, infertility and the mechanisms to provide relevant theoretical basis.To improve economic efficiency of the Scale Beef Farms, it investigated factors of Angus’ breeding indices and reproductive diseases. the study applied Medical history investigation in field, referring to breeding record, making the preliminary investigation about Angus’ breeding indices and reproductive diseases of the Scale Beef Farms of Xinjiang Taoyuan husbandry Limited Ltd and Xinjiang western Bordeaux husbandry Limited Ltd,and Collected 710 Angus’ breeding record. It was based on breeding season, estrus season, calving interval, calving season and the incidence and so on, studied Angus’ reproductive performances and diseases. The above aspects were important factors of Angus’ breeding indices and reproductive diseases and through data analysis of the above factors, it provided a reference for large-scale cattle farm.In order to study B-mode sonography law of main ovarian diseases of Angus, it looked forward to providing reference for the diagnosis of primary ovarian diseases of Angus. the study was based on applying Medical history investigation in field, referring to breeding record, making a comprehensive diagnosis on 285 infertility Angus on the basis of clinical symptoms observation, rectal palpation and B-mode ultrasound scanning and diagnosed a total of 31 cases primary ovarian disease.We found that there were 12 cases ovarian inactivity, 7 cases ovarian cysts(3 cases follicular cysts, 4 cases luteal cyst), 4 cases persistent corpus luteum, in which the one having two luteums on one side of ovary, 8 cases delayed ovulation respectively. In addition,Angus of 3 cases with ovarian inactivity, 1 case with luteal cyst, 2 cases with persistent corpus luteum had metritis. B-mode sonography of Angus with normal ovaries, ovarian inactivity, ovarian cysts, persistent corpus luteum, delayed ovulation were described and analyzed.The result showed that the four main ovarian diseases which were diagnosed with B ultrasonic instrument was feasible.In order to further study morbidity’s causes of main ovarian diseases of Angus(ovarian inactivity,ovarian cysts,delayed ovulation, persistent corpus luteum), it looked forward to providing reference forthe pathogenesis of reproductive diseases of Angus.Through collecting 40 ovries of Angus of main ovarian diseases,the study applyed histopathological technology and made routine pathological sections stained with HE to observe Ovarian pathology.And there were 33 histological sections of main ovarian diseases(6histological sections of ovarian inactivity, 6 histological sections of follicular cysts, 6 histological sections of corpus luteum cysts, 6 histological sections of delayed ovulation, 6 histological sections of persistent corpus luteum).Then it described these pathological pictures to reveal pathological changes of main ovarian diseases above in the certain extent.In order to study concentration changes of P4, E2, LH, FSH in serum about Angus with the main ovarian diseases, it looked forward to providing reference for diagnosis and treatment of angus with the main ovarian diseases. The study tested concentrations of P4, E2, LH, FSH in serum about Angus with health and the main ovarian diseases, and analysized the correlation between healthy Angus and Angus with the main ovarian diseases on P4, E2, LH, FSH concentration in serum. Angus with persistent courpus luteum was the highest and Angus with delayed ovulation was the lowest in the different P4(P<0.01);Angus with ovary cysts was the highest in the different E2(P<0.05);Angus with ovary cysts was the highest and Angus with delayed ovulation was the lowest in the different LH(P<0.05);Ovary inactivity、ovary cysts、delayed ovulation、persistent courpus luteum were significant in the different FSH(P<0.05).The results showed that through the concentrations changes of P4, E2, LH, FSH in serum about Angus with primary ovarian diseases were tested, which revealed seasons of diseases and provided reference for further study.It compared to hormone’treatment that treated Angus with ovary inactivity by progestational casual and Angus with follicular cysts and delayed ovarian by pharmacological sac scattered.The results showed that complete cure rates about Angus with follicular cysts and delayed ovarian by pharmacological sac scattered were 40.0%, effective rate were 80.0%, inefficient rate were 20.0%; complete cure rates about Angus with follicular cysts and delayed ovarian by LRH-A3 were 20.0% and 40.0%, effective rate were60.0%and 80.0%, inefficient rate were 40.0%and 20.0%; complete cure rates about Angus with ovary inactivity by progestational casual was 40.0%, effective rate was 60.0%, inefficient rate was 40.0%;complete cure rates about Angus with ovary inactivity by LRH-A3 was 40.0%, effective rate was 80.0%,inefficient rate was 20.0%; Adopting chi-square test of treatment effect of Angus with follicular cysts,ovary inactivity and delayed ovarian by hormones, Chinese medicine, it was considered that it was no difference in treatment effect of Angus with follicular cysts, ovary inactivity and delayed ovarian by hormone and traditional Chinese medicine.observation of clinical effect by comparing the hormone and traditional Chinese medicine in treating Angus with main ovarian diseases, it was to provide a frame of reference for the treatment of Angus with main ovarian diseases.
