The rising global atmospheric CO2 concentration has become an international problem. With the increase of atmospheric CO2 concentration,it has a huge impact on green vegetation, insects and humans. In this study, alfalfa variety"Algonquin"and sucking-type representative"pea pods"were the subjects of study. In the CO2 artificial climate chamber, medium concentrations of 550?L/L and high concentrations of 750?L/L were set and alfalfa was cultivated with the current atmospheric CO2concentration of 380?L/L,and alfalfa leaves with more than 30 d of fumigation were continuously fed for six generations.Pea pods, which record the time and frequency of pods pods production, number of calves and survival, and calculate the net proliferation rate, average generation cycle, intrinsic rate of increase and limit growth rate and pea pod reproduction rate, clear atmospheric CO2 concentration increased Changes in the population of six consecutive generations of pea pods;Simultaneous determination of dynamic changes in the energy content of pea pods in successive six adult stages of pea pods, analysis of future trends of pea pods from physiological and biochemical perspectives;determination of host pods damaged by different levels of pea pods in vivo Nutrients and secondary metabolites, the main findings are as follows:1.Effect of elevated CO2 on life table parameters of Acyrthosiphon pisum of two color morphs pea aphidUnder the condition of elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration, the development period and the average generation cycle?T?of two color pea pods with alfalfa as the host object were extended for six consecutive generations. The average calving amount, net reproductive rate?R0?,intrinsic growth rate?rm?and peripheral growth rate???all decreased, and the more significant the differences were as the number of generations increased. The green pea pod overall response to the high CO2concentration is more significant than the red pea pod,so it is speculated that the increase of atmospheric CO2 concentration in the future is not conducive to the occurrence and development of the pea pod population.2.Effects of elevated CO2 on chemical composition in leaves of alfalfa in different damaged levels by morphs pea aphidUnder atmospheric CO2 concentration, the content of soluble protein, soluble sugar and starch in alfalfa increased significantly, and the contents of total phenol, simple phenol and tannin in secondary metabolites also increased significantly. And as pea pods increased the degree of damage caused by alfalfa, its soluble protein showed a downward trend, while soluble sugar and starch content increased significantly. The content of secondary metabolites flavonoids, total phenols, and simple phenols is directly proportional to the degree of damage to alfalfa.3.Effects of elevated CO2 concentration on the energy substance in two color morphs pea aphid,Acyrthosiphon pisumWith the increase of CO2 concentration, the content of protein in red and green pea pods decreased significantly, and the soluble sugar and glycogen content increased significantly with the increase of the number of generations. There was no significant change in the total fat of the color pea pods. With the increase of the number of generations, the difference in total fat content between red and green pea pods was not significant.
