Wheat leaf rust is a major disease of wheat production,the disease it causes certain loss to agricultural production every year.Recently years,with the expanding of occurrence and popular area of wheat leaf rust,wheat leaf rust caused resistance of our country main variety resistance weakened or lost.To explore the wheat leaf rust resistance and leaf rust resistance genes of 262 Chinese wheat mini-core colections,we choose 8 strains of wheat leaf rust with virulence different and identification ability,to make the test of seedling leaf rust resistance identification of 262 wheat mini-core collections.According to the result of seedling appraisal,we make gene postulation in leaf rust resistance genes.and combined with proven molecular detection of molecular markers which can be used for the resistance genes for leaf rust resistance genes in molecular detection further.The results are as follows:1.262 Chinese wheat mini-core collections show different infection typs to 8 different virulence of wheat leaf rust,119 varieties have highly reactive such as Jinghong5、Neimai11、Xiaobaimai、Niuzhijia,Their infection types are similar with infection types of multiple near isogenic lines’,it is unable to determine whteher these varieties contain leaf rust resistance genes or not;39 varieties like Lianglaiyou、Dingxingzhai、Youmangbaifu、Yanan11 have different infection types with near isogenic lines’;21 varieties including Sankecun、Baiyoumai、Jichun1016,show low infection types o the tested strains,and it is postulated that they contain one or more leaf rust resistance genes.The tested materials contained Lr1,Lr3,Lr10,Lr21,Lr26,Lr28,Lr34,and possibly Lr20,Lr24,Lr30,L r32,Lr37,Lr38,Lr42,LrB or unknown resistance genes,indicating that Chinese wheat mini-core collections contains relatively abundant leaf rust resistance genes,which can be combined and used selectively in breeding.2.Use molecular markers which has been shown respectively with leaf rust resistance genes Lr1,Lr10,Lr19,Lr20,Lr21,Lr26,Lr28,Lr34 tight chain,or separation of them,to make wheat leaf rust resistance genes molecular detection,we did not detect Lr19 and Lr20,Lr1 existed in Xiaobaimai、Hongpi Wheat 110 collections,Lr10 was found in 34 collections including Dahong Wheat、Zhumao,Lr21 was found in 181 collections including Lianglaiyou、Bihongsui,Fengkang2、Changzhi6406 and 80 collections had Lr26,Lr28 existed in Hongpi Wheat、Huoliao 80 collections,Lr34 was found in collections including Jiangdongmen、Dahuangpi.
