| Southern Jiangxi area belongs to the topography of hilly and mountains,where the newly founded navel orange orchard with serious water loss and soil erosion.The unreasonable management patterns such as clean culture,random fertilization and excessive irrigation of pesticides aggravated soil acidification,severe compaction and relatively low content of soil nutrients.In view of the same problem of soil degradation in orchards,sod culture mode are tried out in various regions around our country.sod culture is a kind of advanced orchard soil management method which has been implemented consistently by developed countries and has good effects.Under sod culture mode,the soil environment,the ability of soil water and fertilizer conservation and the sustainable utilization of soil nutrients are significantly improved.In this study,the Lanelate navel orange orchard was used as the research object to carry out the sod culture experiment.Paspalum notatum Flugge was used as the experimental grass species,Six kinds of sod culture modes were set,such as grass ditches(grass planted in bamboo knot ditch),grass ditches + terrace wall grass,grass ditches + terrace wall grass + terrace ground grass,grass ditches + terrace wall grass + terrace ground biochar applied,grass ditches + terrace wall grass +terrace ground straw mulching,grass ditches + terrace wall grass + terrace ground acrylamide application were used to study the effects of grass-growing on soil nutrients and biology of lanelate navel orange orchard in southern Jiangxi by measuring soil physical and chemical properties,soil available nutrients,soil microbial quantity,soil enzyme activity and soil microbial diversity.The influence of scientific properties provides scientific theoretical basis for cost-saving,high efficiency and ecological fertilization of navel orange in southern Jiangxi.The results showed that:1.Compared with the clean culture,the modes of sod culture slightly improved the pH of soil,but had a significant effect on increasing the content of soil organic matter.The effect of adding bio-char and straw mulching measures on the basis of sod culture was better.2.Among the six sod culture modes,the combination of sod culture and biochar-adding modes had the best effect on improving soil available N,P,K,Ca and Mg.Compared with CK,the contents of soil available P,K,Ca and Mg in all sod culture modes were increased to varying degrees.3.In this experiment,the effect of sod culture mode on soil available Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and B was significant,among which the effect of Bio-char and straw mulching was the best.4.Soil urease,phosphatase and sucrase activities were significantly improved by the trial of the sod culture mode.Bio-char,straw mulching and acrylamide corresponding sod culture mode had better effect on soil enzyme activity.Among them,the sod culture mode added bio-char hadthe best effect on sucrase,straw mulching had the best effect on urease,and acrylamide had the best effect on Phosphatase.5.The number of soil microorganisms was higher under all sod culture mode.The sod culture mode with the addition of bio-char had the best effect on increasing the number of bacteria and fungi,while the sod culture mode with the addition of acrylamide had the best effect on actinomycetes.6.The diversity of soil fungal was significantly improved by different sod culture modes,but the effect on bacterial diversity was not obvious.The diversity of soil fungal was the highest under the biochar-applied sod culture mode,while the diversity of soil bacteria was the highest under the Straw-mulched sod culture mode,and the relative abundance of bacterial and fungal communities was different under different sod culture modes.Overall,soil nutrients,soil enzyme activity and soil diversity was improved by different sod culture modes,among which the effect of Bio-char mode was best,straw-covered mode second. |
