| As the country’s largest industry,agriculture can be regarded as the "mother industry" of mankind.It is the place where human beings solve the problem of food and clothing.It is the foundation of the development of human society and the guarantee for the survival of mankind.Agriculture also includes: forestry,animal husbandry,and fisheries.Although China’s land area is the top three in the world,the agricultural grain planting area has increased for seven consecutive years,and the annual average production of world aquaculture is also among the best.However,in some cities in China,there is still a shortage of land resources and fresh water resources.The discharge of industrial aquaculture waste exceeds the standard,and the abuse of agricultural chemical fertilizers leads to environmental pollution problems such as eutrophication of water bodies.In order to stop the continuous deterioration of such problems,aquaponics system can effectively solve similar environmental pollution problems,improve production efficiency and save production costs by virtue of its unique green economy,pollution-free production mode and land resource conservation.Therefore,aquaponics system represents the future agricultural development trend and must be both sustainable and green.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the aquaponics technology according to the basic national conditions of our country.The application of aquaponics technology at home and abroad is also analyzed and summarized.Then the concept,composition and relationship between species and internal energy circulation of fish-and-symbiotic system are discussed.The technical principle and technical route of fish-culture symbiosis system are also analyzed.Then the composition and function of the basic device of the aquaponics system are listed.The Siemens PLC S7-1500 is used in the TIA Portal.To realize the control function of the system.Finally,the human-computer interaction page of the monitoring system was designed by using LabVIEW software,and the communication with the lower-end computer PLC S7-1500 was completed.In the monitoring screen,not only the current water quality parameter monitoring,but also the range limitation of the water quality parameter can be adjusted,and the water quality parameter regulation function is truly realized.This paper adopts experimental research method,mainly describes how the fish-and-food symbiosis system is formed from two aspects of software and hardware,and expounds the feasibility of applying fish-culture symbiosis technology in real life production for the future.The mode of production of Chinese agriculture has proposed a new idea. |
