Aquaculture industry in China is farmed gradually from the traditional to thescale development, industrialization and intensive farming methods. The multipleenvironmental parameters of the intelligent monitoring system in the application oflarge modern aquaculture waters are being more and more attention. Aquaculturewater quality automation monitoring and control plays a key role for improving theoutput of aquatic products, reducing the input and output ratio and preventing fishdiseases. At this stage aquaculture environment monitoring system is mostly adoptscable connection method. The monitoring wiring of the method cost is high andconstrained sensor installation location. The system flexibility is poor. This paperpresents a wireless sensor network-based intelligent multi-parameter water qualitymonitoring of wireless systems design. In this paper, the main works as follows:(1) Describes the technical level of China’s aquaculture monitoring system aswell as the current research status, technical level and the research status at home ofaiming at the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring methods, this articlecombines the wireless sensor network technology, computer technology puts forwarda water quality monitoring system based on wireless sensor network design..(2) This paper introduces the features of ZigBee technology, network topologystructure and ZigBee protocol specification, construction of cluster tree wirelesssensor network, meet the requirement of big environment real time monitoring ofwater quality.(3)In the node hardware design part, this paper adopts CC2530ZigBee wirelesscommunication chip, completed the ZigBee rf module and peripheral circuit design,based on the transmission characteristics of each sensor design for smal signalconditioning circuit and PCB circuit boards was manufactured.(4)Each node in a wireless monitoring system for water quality was researched.Based on Z-Stack protocol stack, ZigBee nodes for different types of specificprograms designed to achieve the formation of a ZigBee network, completed thesignal acquisition, processing and wireless transmission.(5)Application of virtual instrument LabVIEW software, design a set ofmulti-functional, flexible man-machine interface of PC program. It constitutes a fullyfunctional and lower computer module wireless sensor network monitoring system,has the communication parameter setting, information, remote monitoring, real-timeand historical data query and alarm function, realized to the aquaculture water quality environment information such as temperature, dissolved oxygen and PH value ofaccurate monitoring.
