In the process of species evolution,the ancestors of gossypium have experienced many times of gene doubling events,and have formed a unique complex genome of gossypium,which makes it more difficult for people to recognize the genome of gossypium.The sequencing of multiple cotton genomes has been completed successively,which makes it possible for people to recognize gossypium at the genomic level.However,most of the cotton genome databases are established and maintained by foreign countries,and are far less mature than the biological data platforms of rice,maize and other species.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a cotton-specific genomics information management platform.In this paper,sequence alignment,promoter and transcription factor prediction,chromosome localization map generation,phylogenetic tree construction and protein interaction network map generation are analyzed.Among them,the generation method of family gene homologous evolutionary map is one of the key points in this study.The program draws gene chromosome mapping map according to species chromosome length and gene physical location information,combines the third-order Bessel curve algorithm,and carries out homologous gene linkage according to candidate gene Ks value,which visually displays gene family homology and reveals gene similarity and evolutionary mechanism.Experiments show that the generated family gene homologous evolutionary map is a practical tool for gene family analysis,which is suitable for genome-wide gene family distribution and evolutionary analysis.The functional requirements of the system are analyzed,and cotton genomics information management platform was designed.Function modules consist of login,sequence analysis,downstream analysis,gene family analysis and file management.Login module includes new user registration and user login.Sequence analysis includes sequence retrieval and BLAST sequence alignment.The downstream analysis module includes transcription factor prediction,chromosome mapping generation,phylogenetic tree construction,family gene homology evolution map and protein interaction network map generation and other functions.Gene family analysis module is an independent function module.File management module includes file upload and file deletion.Based on Java,python and perl,a cotton genomics information management platform was developed.The platform adopts the B/S mode system architecture of the server and the SSM framework.After testing,users can access the cotton genomics information management platform normally,and choose the analysis tools of the platform according to their own needs.The information management platform of cotton genomics established in this study provides users with tools for cotton genomics analysis,enabling users to obtain information on gene structure,function and evolution from a large number of sequence information,helping users understand the biological implications contained in the data,and providing new analysis tools for cotton genomics and disease resistance breeding research.
