Fighting fish,known as Betta splendens Regan,belongs to Perciformes,Anabantoidei,and Belontiidae.Fighting fish has colorful tail fins,beautiful posture,males fighting with each other when they meet,and nesting habits when breeding,these characteristics make them the darling of the aquarium market.However,due to its aggressiveness,small size,low egg production,poor quality of larvae,and feeding on biological bait,it is difficult to breed on a large scale and it is difficult to breed on a large scale.The market price remains high and it is difficult to popularize.In this study,the effects of different oil sources on the growth performance,fecundity,body color and bucket-level serum biochemistry of fighting fish were studied in order to screen the oils suitable for it.Source,developed a special feed that promotes the growth and reproduction of fighting fish.Enrich the nutrient effect of oil sources on ornamental fish,and provide theoretical basis and research ideas for large-scale cultivation of fighting fish.Trial 1 The effect of feed oil source on the growth performance,body color and bucket performance of fighting fish.The experimental design of five different protein fat diets with 53.5% fat and 18% fat was recorded as fish oil group,black soldiers fly oil group,silkworm pupa oil group,soybean oil group and algae oil group.300 tails of 2 months old Asian fish were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group consisting of 3 replicates,each of which was 10 female 10 male fighting fish,fed with fish oil group,black soldiers fly oil group,silkworm pupa oil group and soybean oil group.Pellet feed,breeding cycle 60 days,daily feeding at 8:00,12:00,16:00.The results showed that the male SGR and WG black soldiers fly group,silkworm pupa group and soybean oil group were significantly higher than the fish oil group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the SGR and WG groups(P>0.05),but the differences between the groups were similar to those of the males.The FCR black soldiers fly group and the soybean oil group were significantly lower than the fish oil group(P<0.05).The male black soldiers fly group CF was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of eggs in the females(P>0.05),and the highest in the soybean oil group.The survival rate of the SR black soldiers fly group,the soybean oil group and the algal oil group were significantly higher than those of the silkworm pupa group and the fish oil group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between male and female tails(P>0.05).(2)In terms of serum biochemistry,the TP of the black soldiers fly group and the fish oil group was significantly higher than that of the soybean oil group and the algal oil group(P<0.05).The GLO of the black soldiers fly group and the fish oil group was significantly higher than that of the soybean oil group(P<0.05).The GLO of the black soldiers fly group and the fish oil group was significantly higher than that of the soybean oil group(P<0.05).The ALB of the black soldiers fly group was significantly higher than that of the soybean oil group and the algal oil group(P<0.05).The A/G of the black soldiers fly group was significantly higher than that of the algae oil group(P<0.05).The HDL-C of the fish oil group and the algal oil group was significantly higher than that of the soybean oil group and the black soldiers fly group(P<0.05).The LDL-C of the fish oil group and the algal oil group was significantly higher than that of the black leeches group,the silkworm pupa group and the soybean oil group(P<0.05).The AST of the fish oil group was significantly higher than that of the black soldiers fly group,the soybean oil group and the algal oil(P<0.05).The ALT of the fish oil group and the algae oil group was significantly higher than that of the black soldiers fly group and the soybean oil group,and the soybean oil group and the silkworm pupa group were significantly higher than the black leeches group(P<0.05).The TC of the fish oil group and the algal oil group was significantly lower than that of the black soldiers fly group and the soybean oil group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GLU and TG between the groups(P>0.05).(3)The male fish body algae oil group was significantly higher than the silkworm pupa group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the male and female groups(P>0.05),the silkworm pupa group was the best,the fish oil group and the algae oil group were better than the black leeches group,and the soybean oil group was the worst.The results of the experiment one indicated that the silkworm pupa oil and soybean oil were suitable for cultivating the young fish of the Thai fighting fish,which contributed to the development of the fish body of the betta fish,the growth of the tail,and the strengthening of the fighting.It is recommended to add DHA oil such as algae oil to enhance the color of the fish before the sale.Trial 2 The effect of feed oil source feed on the carp estrus rate,egg production rate,egg production,hatching rate,fry opening rate and other reproductive levels of Thai fighting fish.The experiment designed four different protein sources with 53% protein and 10% fat,which were recorded as fish oil group,black soldiers fly oil group,silkworm pupa oil group and soybean oil group.40 tails of 3.5-month-old female and male fighting fish were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,each group consisting of 10 replicates.Each repetition was 1 female and 1 male Thai fighting fish,which were fed with fish oil group,black soldiers fly group,silkworm oil group,The soybean oil group pellet feed,the breeding cycle is 30 days,and the food is fed at 8:00,12:00,16:00 every day.The results showed that(1)the estrus rate of male fish was significantly higher than that of fish oil group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between black soldiers fly and soybean oil group(P>0.05).Egg fertilization rate was significantly higher in the silkworm pupa group than in the black soldiers fly group and the fish oil group,and the soybean oil group was significantly higher than the black soldiers fly group(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the fecundity rate of females at 24 h(P>0.05),and the oviposition rate at 48 h was significantly higher than that in the fish oil group(P<0.05).The number of eggs laid in the silkworm pupa group was significantly lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05),and the soybean oil group was the highest.The hatching rate of the silkworm pupa group was significantly higher than that of the black soldiers fly group and the fish oil group(P<0.05).(3)The number of emergence of soybean oil was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The frying rate of the fry was the highest in the soybean oil group,which was significantly higher than that in the fish oil group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The results of experiment two showed that the male fish fed with silkworm pupa oil had better effects on the estrus rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate,the female eggs fed soybean oil,the number of eggs laid,and the opening rate of the fry.Thai fighting fish brood culture male fish are fed with added silkworm pupa oil feed,and female fish are fed with added soybean oil feed.Conclusion: 1.The silkworm pupa oil and soybean oil are the most suitable for the growth and development of fighting fish.It is recommended that the actual aquaculture production be fed with the cocoon oil and soybean oil to feed the young fish of fighting fish.2.Silkworm pupa oil can increase the estrus rate and fertilization rate of male fighting fish in Thailand.Soybean oil can increase the egg production,egg production rate,hatching rate,emergence number and fry opening rate of female fish in fighting fish.It is recommended to feed fighting fish male broodstock with silkworm pupa oil in the actual aquaculture production,and feed the female broodstock with soybean oil as the oil source.
