| Changes of growth and development, leaf anatomy, photosynthetic characters and ornamental feature of 4 ornamental name of plant including Tupistra delavayi, Polygonatum odoratum, Sanicula lamelligera and Asarum splendens were searched with four different sun-shading treatments (43%, 70%, 85% and 95%sun-shading) in this paper. The results show that:(1) Phase of growth of four ornamental plants were not changed with different sun-shading treatments. But the plant height and ratio of shoot root increased with the increasing of sun-shading , the numbers of offsets except S. lamelligera and new leaves of four ornamental plants also increased from 43% to 70%sun-shading treatment, while decreased from 70% to 95%sun-shading treatment and the highest data were presented with 70%sun-shading treatment. No offsets were found with S. lamelligera with four sun-shading treatments.(2) With the increasing of sun-shading, the data of depth of leaves, mass per area of leaves and depth of main pulse in leaves failed, and the depth of mesophy â…¡ of P. odoratum also failed, same to the depth of palisade tissue , palisade tissue/sponge tissue of S. lamelligera A. splendens and the stomatal density of leaves except T. delavayi.(3) .There were some efficiency of net photosynthetic rate to shading treatments. The curves diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of P. odoratum with different environments and which of T. delavayi and A. splendens with 43% to 85%sun-shading treatments presented two peaks, while there were only one peak to S. lamelligera with different environments, and same to T. delavayi and A. splendens with 95%sun-shading treatment. While max net photosynthetic rate, net photosynthetic rate, light compensate point, light saturation point and dark respiration failed.(4) The chlorophy â…¡fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo) of A. splendens increased with the increasing of sun-shading, while the curves of the two parameters of the three name of plant had one peak ,and which of of P. odoratum presented with 70%sun-shading while of T. delavayi and S. lamelligera showed with 85%sun-shading.(5) Ornamental characters of four ornamental name of plant except S. lamelligerawith 43%sun-shading kept better appearance with different sun-shading treatments.Four name of plant can exist better with different sun-shading environments except S. lamelligera with 43%sun-shading environment.(6) The shade-tolerance intensity sequence of four ornamental plants showed some difference from different index value, while the shade-tolerance intensity of T. delavayi was obviously greater than P. odoratum's, same to S. lamelligera and A. splendens. |
