| The new oil peony variety "Xiangfeng" was selected by Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University.In 2016,China’s first oil peony new variety "Xiangfeng" passed the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Forest Species Validation Committee(Shaanxi S-SP-PX)-004-2015).The 6-year-old seed yield is 3,000 kg per hectare,and the 8-year-old seed yield per hectare is 4,650 kg.The average yield per unit area is 28% higher than that of the control conventional cultivar "Fengdan",and the oil yield is increased by nearly 33%.It is understood that Xiangfeng’s total fatty acid content reaches 85%,and its ability to resist pests and diseases is strong,which is better than the widely cultivated variety "Fengdan".However,research on the cultivation techniques of this variety has not been reported.This study will study the cultivation techniques of the new oil peony variety "Xiangfeng" in order to provide technical support for the promotion and application of this variety.The effects of the following five cultivation techniques on the growth and development of Xiangfeng are analyzed.1.Aojia organic fertilizer promotes the plant height,branch quantity,branch length,leaf quantity and area,flower quantity and diameter.Yihua organic fertilizer promotes the branch thickness.2.The effect of leaving 3 main branches is more significant in promoting branch length,leaf area and flower diameter while that of leaving 5 main branches on leaf quantity was significant.3.The application of the third-fertilizer treatment significantly promotes the plant height,crown width,branch quantity,branch length and thickness,leaf quantity and area,flower quantity and diameter.4.The plant height,branch quantity,quantity and area of leaves,quantity of flowers and diameter of the plants are significantly increased after flattening.5.The effect of watering twice on the plant height,branch length,leaf area and flower diameter are more significant. |
