Radish,a biennial or annual herb,is a cruciferous root and stalk vegetable,which is native to China and is popular vegetable favored by the Chinese people.However,spring radish and mountain summer radish are easy to take moss and bloom in the process of production and cultivation at low temperature and lose their commercial value.This study with the '17 ls1-11','17 to 26 ls9,' 17 ls19-9 ','17 to 32,' and '17 ls37 ls46-14' and so on five different bolting radish material as the research material,through artificial control its spring temperature and light conditions,different temperature and different vernalization vernalization time impact on the five radish bolting flowering and the cross stage,budding stage,the effect of bolting stage and anthesis physiological indexes.On the one hand,it provides technical support for screening new radish varieties suitable for promotion in taibai mountain area,and on the other hand,it provides theoretical and practical basis for the anti-season cultivation and genetic breeding of radish.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The spring-treated radishes had different promoting effects on moss-pulling and flowering.The most suitable vernalization temperature of radish is 3?-6?,and the longer the vernalization time(28d)in a certain range,the more obvious the effect of promoting the flowering of radish.The flowering time of "17ls1-11" radish material with very weak moss extraction resistance is much earlier than that of "17ls46-14" radish material with strong moss extraction resistance.Other radish materials are arranged in order according to the strength of moss extraction.2.Spring-treated radish had effects on soluble protein content and soluble sugar content,but not on chlorophyll content.With the increase of vernalization time,the soluble protein content in radish leaves decreased first and then increased,the soluble sugar content decreased,and the chlorophyll content of radish did not change significantly.During the growth period of the plant,the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content in the leaves increased continuously from the pulling cross period to the flowering period,and the chlorophyll content only decreased slightly in the moss pulling period.Among different radishes,the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content in the leaves of the plants with weak moss tolerance were higher than those with strong moss tolerance,while the chlorophyll content had no significant relationship with the moss tolerance.3.Spring-treated radish had certain effects on the activities of CAT(catalase),POD(peroxidase),SOD(superoxide dismutase)and MDA(malondialdehyde).During plant growth,CAT activity in radish leaves first increased and then decreased,and the CAT activity of radish leaves after vernalization treatment was lower than that of radishes without vernalization treatment,but there was no significant difference between different radishes,and the vernalization time had little effect on them.POD activity and SOD activity first decreased and then increased with the growth process.POD activity in the leaves of force-resistant radish was significantly higher than that of force-resistant radish.With the increase of vernalization time,SOD activity in radish body tends to be stable without obvious change.MDA content in radish leaves first decreased and then increased with the increase of vernalization time and during the growth period of the plant,which has nothing to do with moss resistance.4.Based on taibai mountain vegetable production current situation of shortage of bolting resistance radish varieties introduction experiment,combined bolting resistance,disease resistance,and other factors,such as commercial,selected from the selected by varieties' greens GuXueYu 'and' Bai Xuechun 2 ','qin Laura.2,"the beautiful spring","qin Lola,' and '5 HZ-39' six varieties,such as promoting appropriate taibai mountain area.
