Objective:to study the chemical composition,pharmacological effect and main clinical application of mastitis rehabilitation liquid,to study the quality standard of mastitis rehabilitation liquid and to control the quality of the preparation effectively,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application and production of mastitis rehabilitation liquid.Methods:the main components of dandelion were identified by TLC.HPLC was used to determine the content of matrine in radix sophora flavescentis.Results:the main drug dandelion can be identified by TLC.HPLC results showed that the matrine injection volume had a good linear relationship with the peak area value within the range of 0.02867~0.43 mg/mL(r~2=0.9999),and the regression equation of the standard curve was:A=107×c-111716(r~2=0.9999,n=6).The average recovery rate of matrine was100.27%,ranging from 70%to 110%,and RSD=2.95%(n=6).Conclusion:TLC can identify the main components of dandelion with strong specificity.HPLC is accurate,sensitive,high separation and good reproducibility.The established test method can be used for quality control of breast rehabilitation fluid. |
