Objective: Qiqingbaidu powder adopts three classic drug pair of traditional Chinese medicine: raw gypsum-honeysuckle rattan,honeysuckle-houttuynia houttuyniae and honeysuckle-liquorice,and added radix isatidis and liquorice to strengthen the effect of clearing away heat and detoxification and relieving poison carbuncle.In this study,the pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity tests of Qiqingbaidu powder were conducted,as well as the safety tests of the drug on target animals of pigs,and its clinical efficacy was observed,providing a theoretical basis for the future clinical application of Qiqingbaidu powder in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.Methods: pharmacodynamics test: fever model was made by peptone to study the antipyretic effect of Qiqingbaidu powder.The method of auricle edema induced by xylene was used to study its anti-inflammatory effect.Staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and salmonella were selected as experimental bacteria,and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Qiqingbaidu powder against these three common bacteria was determined by the test tube dilution method of broth.On the culture plate of 96 hole cells,the effect of Qizhui-Decoction on PRRSV was determined at the cell level.Results: the pharmacodynamics research shows that seven clear disease caused by dispersion can significantly inhibit peptone rabbit body temperature rise,can significantly reduce the mouse ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene,who will take care of the common pathogenic bacteria e.coli bacterium,salmonella,staphylococcus aureus,all have certain inhibition,PRRSV has obvious inhibitory effect on cells.Conclusion: Qiqingbaidu powder has good antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and antiviral effects.
