This research took Xiangzamian 8 and JX0010 as materials,setting three cultivation pattern which took different cultivation,density and fertilizer combination,that carry on two year repeat experiment at 2016-2017 with randomized block design,and studied cotton dry matter accumulation characters,SPAD value and net photosynthetic rate,canopy light transmittance and LAI,yield component factors and yield of thin transplantation with mass water and fertilization input for Great individual?GIMWF?and short-growth-duration direct seeding cultivation?SGDDS?under different density and fertilizer,comparing effects of matter production and photosynthetic traits between GIMWF and SGDDS,to explore the optimum SGDDS.B1:GIMWF,seeding transplantation,20000 plant·hm-2,N-P2O5-K2O is300-90-195 which is Technical specification for cultivation?DB43/T286-2006?in Hunan province;B2:SGDDS,60000 plant·hm-2,N-P2O5-K2O is 168-105-150;B3:90000plant·hm-2,N-P2O5-K2O is 140-60-150.Main research results are as follows:1.The cultivation patterns affect cotton dry matter accumulation.Per plant dry matter under GIMWF is higher than that under SGDDS,while the period of maxium dry matter accumulation wa advance 25 days under SGDDS patterns,and Xiangzamian8 with 90thousand plant·hm-2 under SGDDS?B3?has the highest dry matter accululation.2.The ranges of SPAD value are 39 to 59 in treatments,and there are no significant difference in SPAD bettew Xiangzamian 8 and JX0010.Comparing to the changes of SPAD under GIMWF patterns with normal fertilization,although there are differences in three cultural partterns,it was reasonable.The difference is no significant on net photosynthetic rate of different treatments,and it wasn't reflect the difference under different treatments of different varieties that through cotton functional leaf.3.There are significant or exral significant in totel bolls number,unginned cotton theoretical yield,lint theory yield under different cultivation patterns,while no significant effect for seed index.Single boll,lint index and lint are no significant difference in 2016,while there are siginificant in 2017.There are very significant difference in single boll,lint index,lint,lint theory yiled bettew two varieties.The totel bolls of JX0010 was extral significant higher than Xiangzamian 8,while seed index lower than Xiangzamian 8,and no difference on unginned cotton theoretical in 2016.There was no difference in totel bolls and seed index bettew two varieties,and unginned cotton theoretical of JX0010 siginificant lower than Xiangzamian 8.Xiangzamian 8 wih 90 thousand plant·hm-2 under SGDDS?B3?has the heighest lint theorey yield.4.The fruit branches,bolls,boll setting rate are no significant difference bettew Xiangzamian 8 and JX0010,while there are significant differences under different cultivation patterns,and The fruit branches,bolls,boll setting rate of GIMWF are signicant higher than the two other SGDDS patterns.5.The interaction of varielties and cultivation patterns no significant effect ton LAI.The LAI of Xiangzamian was higher than JX0010 before wadding stages,but no significant bettew varieties.Cultivation patterns has significant or very significant to LAI in different periods,and LAI of 90 thousand plant·hm-2 under SGDDS pattern was highest,LAI of GIMWF patterns lowest.
