Rice is an important food crop in China.In the three major production stages of rice cultivation,planting,and harvesting,rice planting mechanization is an important factor that restricts the overall mechanization of rice.As the most convenient rice cultivation method,rice direct seeding has been widely used internationally.Accredited.With the advancement of science and technology,emerging drones have entered the field of vision of people.Drones have the advantages of strong adaptability to the environment,low cost,easy operation,and quick response to unexpected situations.The application of drones to rice broadcasts has obvious advantages over manned aircraft and land machines.It has important practical significance for promoting the full mechanization of rice operations,reducing rice production costs,and reducing the labor intensity of farmers.This study mainly designed and produced a rice spreader based on a six-rotor UAV.The main work is as follows:(1)Perform stress and movement analysis on the rice particles on the horizontal disc to obtain the influencing factors for changing the rice seed falling point,mainly the mechanical structure parameters and the own physical characteristics of rice particles.Among them,the mechanical structure parameters provide theoretical guidance for the static seeding test of later spreading devices;and the self-physiological characteristics of rice buds,including 1000-grain weight,friction angle,angle of repose,and average particle size,are provided for the design of flying rice spreaders.The preconditions.(2)The flying rice spreading machine has designed an inverted conical seed box as the carrier of rice seeds.At the outlet of the seed box,there is a DC motor-driven L-shaped stirring rod for assisting seeding.The size of the seed box opening passes through the rudder.The machine implements variable production.The disk spreading device is fixed on the tripod of the drone and is located below the exit of the seed box.The rice seeds flow out of the seed box and fall onto the disk driven by the same DC motor and are thrown out to achieve the broadcast.The control system uses the FUTABA T14-SG transmitter and receiver system remote control equipment to adjust the opening size of the seed box,the rotation speed of the seed rod and the disc.(3)Change the three mechanical structural parameters that have a significant influence on the spreading effect,including: the position of the falling seed,the rotation speed of the disk,and the size of the opening.The sowing test of the sowing device in the static state is performed,and a set of mechanical structural parameters is preferred.Based on this parameter group,the outdoor single-path broadcasting operation was completed,and the walking pattern and the adjacent track spacing were obtained by simulating field broadcasting.Research results: When the(5,6)coordinates on the disc are the position of the falling seed,the size of the seed opening is 50%(D=759.88 mm2),the speed of the spreading disc is 1077 rad/min,and the rotation speed of the seeding rod is 50 rad/min.With a flying height of 2 m,a flying speed of 3 m/s,and a distance of 3.6 m between two adjacent tracks,it is able to meet the production requirements for the live broadcasting of early rice in Daejeon.The work efficiency is up to 0.97 mu/minute,and the work efficiency is significantly higher than that of artificial sowing.
