| As a traditional farming method.fish farming in paddy fields was mainly produced in the wisdom and practice of miao dong nationality in Southeast Guizhou,which was one of the production methods in line with the local ecological environment.The tradition of keeping rice and fish in the same area can provide material security for local socioeconomic activities 、 protect the ecological environment and save the land resources.At the same time,it also breeds their unique cultural system of raising fish in the paddy field,which is closely related to the economic activity and cultural life of local residents.With the acceleration of the modernization process,the traditional way of raising fish in paddy fields is becoming scaled up and industrialized to improve economic efficiency,and the promotion of industrialization of rice-field fish culture can’t be separated from the establishment of rural cooperatives,which also makes rice-field fish culture change with the development of economy and society.From the perspective of economic anthropology,approaching from current situation of raising fish in paddy fields of two villages in southeast Guizhou,Miao Village A in Nangong Town,Taijiang County,and Dong Village B in Liping County,On the basis of searching relevant information and doing field investigation,this study discussed the livelihood,rise,custom and culture of traditional rice-field fish farming and the development of local rice-field fish farming industry using the Mosaic theory,cultural change theory,and cultural capital theory.This paper analyzed the role of rice-field fish farming from supporting people’s survival to supporting thedevelopment of agricultural industrialization,further concluding the factors affecting the industrialization of rice-field fish culture : culture,professionals and infrastructure,et al.Furthermore,through learning from the domestic rice-fish industry development experience and combining the practical situation of qiandongnan rice-field fish culture,the paper puts forward that the development of rice field fish culture industry in Qiandongnan should mainly focus on cultural propaganda and protection,promotion the formation of cultural products,and government policies and planning,the introduction of talents,in order to promote the harmonious development of rice field fish culture and industrialization in Qiandongnan. |
