| Guizhou is the original heartland Juglans sigillatta of the China and one of the industial base,production walnut tree is increasing year by year,and walnut green husk is also increasing.In order to prevent a large number of walnut peel polluting the environment and improve the added value of walnut peel,which promote the efficient recycling of walnut peel resources.Therefore,taking green peel of Juglans sigillata as the research material in this study,with methanol,ethanol,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate as solvents.Based on the single factor experiment,an orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of active conponents of walnut peel.Different concentrations of walnut peel extraction was used to treat the continuous obstacle soil pepper,We studied the walnut peel extraction impact of the characteristics of continuous obstical soil pepper,and the growth and development of tomato and pepper seedlings grown in continuous cropping soil.Objective to optimize the extraction process of effective components of walnut peel.We selected optimal condition of absracted solution from walnut peel for improving the barrier soil of pepper continuous cropping and promoting the growth of tomato and pepper.The main results are as follows:(1)The contents of flavonoids,polysaccharides,polyphenols and juglone in walnut green husk were 0.0102mg/g,6.777%,0.5518mg/g,0.007945mg/g respectively.(2)Effective component from walnut green husk conditions of ethanol as extraction solvent the basis on of single factor optimization,and then the optimal extraction conditions for the effective components from walnut green peel of Juglans sigillata were the volume the fraction of ethanol of 60%,solid-liquid ratio of 1:15,ultrasonic temperature of 35℃.The highest extractive rate could be 14.95%,The components in descending affecting components extractive rate the the volume the fraction of ethanol>ultrasonic temperatureu>solid-liquid ratio.(3)Treated continuous cropping soil with walnut peel extract,the soil cation exchange capacity,total phosphorus,available phosphorus content,soil bacteria and fungi quantity,soil sucrase and acid phosphatase activity were improved.Compared with the control group,the cation exchange capacity,total phosphorus,number of fungi and soil sucrase were respectively increased by17.37,0.36g/kg,0.94103 and 1508.36mg/g.Soil hydrolysis nitrogen,available potassium,soil actinomycetes was promoted under low concentration and was inhibited under high level,When it was 0.07mg/mL,they decreased to 43.55mg/kg,122.52mg/kg,1.72103,respectively.(4)In optimum concentration,the growth of pepper and tomato was promoted under Low concentration and was inhibited under high level,When the extract concentration of green peel was 10mg/L,pepper and tomato were well-grown.with the increasing of the concentration,Photosynthetic pigment content of Leaf is the highest.the content of photosynthetic pigment in the leaves of pepper and tomato were increased,the increasing concentration compared with the control,For malondialdehyde accumulation,guaiacol peroxidase of activity were increased,but superoxide dismutase,ascorbate peroxidase were decreased.After the treatment of tomato and pepper with walnut green husk,the per mu output value of tomato increased by 61.61 percent and pepper increased by 52.06 percent. |
